Situated on a hilltop with stunning views of the mountains and Mediterranean Sea is a large and comfortable villa decorated in pastel shades with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a lengthy 16mtr swimming pool. a jacuzzi and a semi circular barbecue terrace with coastal views.ace Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and marvelous views from every window. There is also a qualified child minder available.
Lovely sandy beaches 5 minutes away also shops restaurants and beach bars; Mojacar itself is a pretty whitewashed village with cobble stoned alleyways, nearby are markets, film sets and national parks.

My villa is situated on 5 acres of a private estate very peaceful and extremely private, the views are spectacular but its only 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants & bars. There is a regular promenade bus service free parking and opportunities to visit film sets, see the local fishing boats offload their catch, visit the National Parks, salt flats, pottery villages, antiquities and daily local markets.

Stayed here 13th October,and it was fantastic.
The owner Chris couldn't do enough to help, and was very informative with local information etc.
Pool, hot tub and eating area outside has fantastic views and is also very private.
Inside the Villa is very spacious and comfortable with more stunning views from the Bedrooms.
kitchen has everything you could want and there is pool lilos and rings etc for the kids.
The only thing I didn't like about it was leaving!!

Fantastic location, tranquil but not far from amenities. The views are sensational . Villa Pace has all the ingredients for a dream holiday. My kids (10 and 8), dog, husband and I did not want to leave and look forward to returning as soon as we can.

The house and the setting is a dream come truth. We stayed with family and friends for New Year's Eve and was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We enjoyed every second of our staying, the views are breathtaking and you have a lot of things to do as wonderful walks,sea, pubs, restaurants... but I have to sey that you don't want to leave the house... is difficult to find a place as beautiful.
Thank you Christina for making our stay even more fantastic. You are a star and your house is everything you can ask for.
We will come back! I really hope so!
