Not a soul will know you are in town once in the sanctuary of this beautiful, single level, four bedroom home. With a secure double garage and not a neighbour in view once you are inside the property you can holiday in total privacy if you choose.

2. Modern Open Plan Single Level Home

There's not a single step from the street to the back deck... The well stocked kitchen, comfortable dining area and lounge, with 56" LED TV, Austar and DVD/Blu-Ray... player, flows out onto a large private deck. Thanks to a recent renovation and innovative building materials the home stays at a comfortable temperature year round but for extreme weather there is gas heating and air conditioning. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and every convenience to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

3. Which Beach to Choose?

Beautiful Mollymook Beach is two minute walk across the road and through the reserve. The flags at north end are are a 5 minute walk away and the surf club at south end Mollymook Beach is a short walk or drive away. There are countless beaches both north and south - some that are secluded and hidden away off the beaten track, and all only a short distance away.

4. Room for Eight

With one king and three queen size beds there is room for eight... whether it is just the two of you, the whole family or maybe two families. There is a main bathroom with bath and separate rain shower, and two ensuites. Egyptian cotton linen, bath and beach towels are provided, tencel quilt covers and memory foam pillows. The last thing you want to do when starting your holiday is have to make beds, so they are all made for you.

5. Large Deck and Level Backyard

Facing north, the large back deck is perfect all day round, whether watching the kids in the backyard or reading a book in the sun. With not another house in sight the deck offers you privacy overlooking the natural bushland and a level, spacious and fully fenced backyard. There is a 15 foot trampoline for kids of all ages, an outdoor shower and BBQ. The deck is covered by a solar shade sail during the summer months.

6. Spas, Weddings and Cooking Classes..

Because a holiday is so much more than just a house by the beach we also have a professional wedding planner from South Coast Wedding Planners that will take all the stress and hassle away from your special day. The professional team from Pamper Me will come to you in the comfort of your holiday home to offer the ultimate experience in relaxation and self indulgence. Or, book a cooking class with executive chef Matt Upson of Merry Street Restaurant and Bar (he was executive chef at Southern Ocean Lodge, Kangaroo Island and Capella on Lord Howe Island). Matt can also cater for a special occasion, brunch, dinner or lunch in the comfort of your holiday home.

7. Sports and Shops

Along with some of the most beautiful surf spots on the South Coast, the crystal clear waters are ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving, and of course, swimming. Mollymook's 18 hole Championship Golf Course and Mollymook's 9 hole beachside course will impress the golf enthusiast. There are tennis courts, squash courts, ten pin bowling, a skate park and plenty of playgrounds for the kids. The hiking and walking trails in the area are spectacular, including the famous Pigeon House Mountain and the Budawangs. There are numerous National Parks, secluded beaches and picnic spots, beautiful rivers, 4x4 trails and coastal drives.... so much to do, so close by.

And if sports don't take your fancy... the charming township of Milton to the north and Ulladulla to the south offer some great places to do some shopping, eat out or relax with a cuppa.

7 Donlan Road, Mollymook Beach supplies;

Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats, beach towels, blankets, doonas and quilt covers, memory foam pillows, and linen and blankets for the baby hammock and cot. All beds are made for you on arrival.

For your little ones, there is a selection of children's books, a bugaboo stroller, kathmandu backpack, baby sling and sunshade. And for everyone else there is a 15ft trampoline, boogie boards, surfboard and a kite.

Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is supplied for you on arrival, and also flour, salt and pepper, soy sauce, Grapeseed oil, tomato and barbecue sauce, butter, glad wrap, baking paper, foil, paper towel, ice block bags, and tea towels.

Toilet paper is supplied, as is washing powder in the laundry and dishwashing detergent, cloths and dishwasher tablets in the kitchen.

  Superlatives are difficult to avoid with this property located across the road from middle of Mollymook beach but not on main road. From first enquiries Davina and Trev were very helpful and responsive. The house is a great open design with two nests each of two double bedrooms that provide some separation of sleeping accommodation. Asian decortaions and styling make this an interesting rental. The house has everything from a Bugaboo pram and childrens books thru to coffee maker, air conditioning and gas heating, beach tent, boogy boards and even a kite. Some basic cooking ingredients and tea/coffee also thrown in. Garden is fenced and level for kids to play and the rear garden is fairly private with a large deck from the house.
  This was an easy holiday destination and we didnt need to clean the house or do washing. Highly recommended.

  We stayed for a weekend in Jan 2012 and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views, quality, position and inclusions of this property. There was ample room for our extended family (6 adults and 2) and despite being extremely modern and luxurious, it was very child friendly. Unfortunately, the whether wasn't the best however,the open plan, magnificant views and direct beach access all ensured this was still a fabulous week away. Thank you Davina and Trev - we will be back!

  What a weekend away. I had the best sleep I've ever had, staying away from my own bed. Enjoyed the attention to detail throughout the house especially the shower.
  Also cool how I hardly wore any shoes the whole weekend, walking 50m back & forth from the beach & was awesome.
  I really enjoyed everything about our stay & highly recommend this to everyone.
