Villa is spacious enough, offering kitchen, open dining/lounge area with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and storage room kitchen accomodating up to 8 people. The house takes advantage of the extraordinary sea views having a feeling like on a big yacht, perfect climate, allowing daylight and fresh air to enter through th...e windows.

Outside there is a garden and a private swimming pool (7,5m X 3m) along with barbeque facilities. The pool area features excellent views of Molunat bay and little 2 islinda and the Molunat village and is ideal for enjoying the sun or dining outdoors.
