The luxury villa is elevated over the most beautiful shores of the Indian Ocean inlet Mtwapa Creek, within a 6000m² walled park,engulfed by palms, bougainvillea and tropical plants.
The private natural stone pool (with pool bar) of 16 x 12 x 2.8m is placed between the villa and Mtwapa Creek.. Stunning views of the Indian Ocean inlet and direct access to the Mtwapa Creek through steps hill downwards.
Indulge in your meals either in our 6m high Matiti style salon 110 m² - which include a hand carved mahogany bar, sitting / TV lounge, dining area and library, or the veranda with stunning Creek view and overlooking the pool.

Mtwapa Creek is an Indian Ocean inlet 15 km north of Mombasa. This calm tropical paradise is not far from the pulse racing night-life of the Kenyan north coast. Famous discotheques are only 5-10 minutes away , the golf club is 10 minutes and a European standard supermarket only 3 minutes away.
Following facilities are not provided but are available nearby: Deep sea fishing , kite surfing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, snorkelling, water slides, go karting, dhow trips, nature trail, crocodile farm and spa.
The nearby sandy beaches are Bamburi Beach, Shanzu Beach and Mtwapa Beach (2-4 km).
Places to visit in Mombasa are the 16th century Portuguese Fort Jesus and old town with its narrow streets and historical Arab building designs. Mombasa old town is an ideal place to shop for well priced coastal handicrafts. The Markets and Bazaars of the old town are worth exploring for bargains and their atmosphere. Unique boutique shops selling art objects, paintings, clothing and jewellery.

Lovely Villa with idyllic views overlooking the beautifull Mtwapa Creek. Very spacios, unique furniture and furnishing with many african art works, some made of ebony wood. Fantastic and friendly staff and a really perfect chef, who prepared the most delicious sea food dishes for us. Bedrooms and Villa were very clean, thanks again to Rebeccah the house manager, she was so helpfull and caretaking and the safari she organized for us to amboselli and Tsavo West will be unforgettable.
An other highlight is the amazing and huge swimming pool in Villa annchen. You wont come out of this pool which looks different than most pools because of the natural stone tiles and the spectacular views of the Indian Ocean inlet. -

We had a great time in Villa annchen, which is situated in a dreamlike location watefront at the creek. Staff's were very helpfull and friendly, the chef amazed us daily with his speciality. Very clean and lovely furnished rooms. Top: The huge natural stone pool with direct sea view!
