Villa Kivulini Main

Villa Kivulini Main is a stunning Arab Style double storey house situated on Diani Beach a walking distance to shopping centre. All rooms are tastefully furnished. Uninterrupted views over the pool through palms to the sea and a perfect family holiday destination.

STYLE: Detached house, 4 bedrooms; sleeps 8 – can fit a maximum.

IDEAL FOR: Families, groups of friends.

SETTING: Right on the beach of white sandy Diani beach.

WHY HERE? Very quiet area, only 100 metres to Diani Shopping Centre.

HIGHLIGHTS: Friendly staff, great for families, attractive tropical garden, swimming pool,... miles of sandy beach

GENERAL: A lovely courtyard when you enter the house. An open plan living/dining area, a spacious veranda, and entrance hall, separate kitchen, mature gardens on a large compound. Secure barrier at main gate.

WHEN RENTED WE PROVIDE FREE OF CHARGE: All bedding, towels, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen, cook, housekeeping, laundry services . Generator provided in the event of a power cut. The house uses a combination of solar and electric power, air condition in the 4 bedrooms.

NEAREST AIRPORT: Mombasa Airport (25km) east which is reached in 1-2 hours including ferry crossing at Likoni; Ukunda airstrip which is 10 minutes by road.

It is easily successful and so once you arrive even if is at night you would get there very easily.   Visiting this region with a group of friends, I can say we really enjoyed our stay at villa Kivulini. The setting is fabulous, just by the ocean. Plenty of trees for shade, and a private pool, which is essential. The villa is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Great sofas for lazy lounging. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's been a little while since the last renovation, but that wasn't a major issue. Everything worked fine, including a/c's etc. I recommend booking a transfer from the airport so there's no hassle to find the place.
  
  The "Amenities & details" section above lists some items like sail boat, motor boat, jet ski, etc. These are of course not included in the price, but can be rented in the vincinity.

  Our stay in Kivulini Beach Villa

  We wish to share with all travelers about our great experience stay in Kivulini Beach Villa in Diani Beach which is managed by professionals from the tour operator Top africa Safaris to the members of staff in the villa. Our stay was very enjoyable starting with the villa it's self, which is set in a wide beach access of clean sand beach, wide garden with a well sized swimming pool under palm trees offering swinging sound of its leaves as the ocean wind blows over to the main land and further to interior.
  
  The food was very delicious all through plus our cook was very knowledgeable and he has wide experience in dealing with clients of various origins with very different cousin preferences. In short the food was very good and we wish to come back again.
  
  The villa has;
  
  • 4 bed rooms most with ocean view and 3 ensuit bathrooms
  • A resident cook
  • A resident housekeeping
  • Waiters for serving you during meals time
  • Room attendant on daily basis
  • Apart from the 4 rooms there are 2 more cottages in case of overflow of the main house meant for the same family/group in the main house, the price is always quoted separately
  • Cleaner of the compound on daily basis
  • Night guard on duty always
  • And pool attendant on daily basis
  
  We promise the way it was for us we trust it would be the same to other or even more lovely experience and so we highly recommend Kivulini Beach Villa in Diani Beach which is managed by professionals to any want who treasure to have a superlative beach holiday.
