Our charming residence, lies in Moniga on lake Garda' s shores, is made by 14 apartments (1, 2 or luxury 3 bedrooms) with garden or balcony.
We are perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away.
5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlours, ferries to go all over Lake Garda, boat hire and scooter hire. In fact, we would say that you can come and stay at our residence and never need the car! By the way, if you have a car, there is also a car park inside the residence, protected by a gate

Moniga is a small village, but it has eveything you need to enjoy your holiday!
We are 1 minute from the center where you can find Restaurants,Bars,Pizzerias,Minimarket,Bakery.
If you take a 5 minute walk down by the lake, you can catch the ferry to see the lake from the lake.
Moniga is the ideal base to explore lake Garda and in general North of Italy as it is close to Desenzano where you have the railway station for Verona,Venice,Milan or why not Rome! If you have a car you can go on the highway always from Desenzano.
A car is advised, don't worry about car parking, as we have a gated car park.

Price includes: full use of all of our facilities including bike hire and the swimming pool, all bed linen and towels, water, electricity, gas and air-conditioning, final cleaning (we ask to leave the kitchen cleaned) on departure and laundry of linen and towels.

We booked this lovely property the day before arriving with our family including 3 children ages 16, 13, and 10 years old.
Our 2 bedroom apartment was just perfect for our family with 3 twin beds in the second room. The large living room, dining room and kitchen had a wonderful view over the pool and lake area. The generous porch accommodated both sun chairs and dining table with the same view.
The pool area was quite large with good quality sun chairs surrounding it. The water was sparkling clean and well maintained. However, the closing time of 8pm was quite early for our family who often returned from our travels too late to have a swim before dinner.
While we were there, the hotel guests were from Ireland, Italy, France, and Canada. Quite a lovely mix of people all with children ranging from young to teenagers.
Moniga del Garda is very charming and a 5 minute walk to several good restaurants and shopping.
The town is well situated for tourning both the lake, the amusement parks and other interesting towns in the Lago di Garda area. Our family made a day trip to Milan, Verona, Riva del Garda, as well as aqua Paradise Park (the water park). Of note here is the early closing hours of the waterpark at 6pm.

My husband and me we are Belgian.
We had the surprise to find us in a splendid residence. Warm welcome, the apartment was roomy, very clean, with all the accessories necessary, very comfortable. A splendid balcony with sight on the swimming pool and the lake. We would like to thank you for a very nice week in early July. Everything worked out very well and the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Our children enjoyed the pool very much and made friends with the other children. Everybody was happy ;-)
