La Madia is a charming traditional house dated 1700 with barrel vaults and arches with a beautiful private terrace. It was completely renovated in 2012 respecting its features but considering every comfort. It is situated in a quiet square at 50 meters from the sea and near to Porta Vecchia in Monopoli historical center . It is located in a central position in respect of the village and beaches context but it is an oasis of quiet and silence. The furnitures and the decoration are thinked to share function and harmony. The house is very comfortable, all you need is there! Amalia and Bepi are very kind and gave us a lot of informations about the places around to visit.
We really enjoyed lying in the sun in the terrace and the quiet atmosphere of the village. From the terrace you can't see the sea, but still you can reach it very quickly by foot.
