A stunning villa complex comprised of six 100 year old, fully renovated trulli ( traditional Puglian architecture ) and a large modern living area . The complex includes a large private sail-shaped swimming pool with Jacuzzi/spa surrounded by a beautiful lawn and a shaded pergola for comfortable lounging and relaxing . Between the pool area and the villa is a larger pergola with a wooden table and seating for 20 along with an outdoor yakitori barbecue and sink . The complex is amidst olive , apricot , pomegranate , fig and almond trees and sits on top of a hill with panoramic view of surrounding Monopoli .

We are in the area south of Bari, one of the most enchanting areas in Puglia, with a rich cultural heritage and traditions, a crystalline sea and beautiful beaches, In the area you can visit the trulli of Alberobello, the grottoes of Castellana, the historic centre of Polignano with its breathtaking sea views from the 'balconies', medieval Conversano, Monopoli with its fishing boats and baroque cathedral, Cisternino, Ostuni the 'White City' , the Zoo Safari at Fasano, Grottaglie, famous for its pottery and the stones of Matera amongst others. Not forgetting the sea; the best choice of beaches is in the Capitolo area (part of Monopoli) which has a huge selection of beaches, from rocky coves to long sand beaches and both private beaches with facilities as well as free beaches. Many of the private beaches turn into bars and nightclubs after dark, providing a very lively nightlife in the summer months. Monopoli has good shops, bars & restaurants & a pretty Historical Center to explore.

Booking conditions:
50% deposit to secure the booking.
The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.

There is a refundable deposit of € 500,00 against damages.

Linen (including beach towels) costs 10€ a head per week, payable locally
Weekly cleaning is € 200 a week, more frequent cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost
Grocery shopping service - we will pre-stock your fridge for you on receipt of a shopping list. All items at cost (receipts provided) plus a 10-20€ fee ( depending on quantity )

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Trulli Bouganville.
  The villa turned out to be better than we expected. Anna and her staff did everything they could to make us feel at home and solve any problems we encountered. Locationwise, the property is a little far from amenities, but everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. The distance was however compensated by the size, quality and quietness of the home. Everything was brand new, great pool, garden and barbecue! I would definetely recommend it to a family or group or friends looking for a luxurious getaway in the lovely region of Puglia. Thanks for everything anna, we will be surely be back in the near future!

  This was the best summer holiday we have ever had! We will definitely be returning! The villa was incredibly comfortable with all the amenities available to us. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. Our kids loved it, we loved it. The pergolas, both by the pool and by the villa are really well situated. We loved sitting / siestering in the pergola after lunch. The dining pergola was perfect for small and large groups with the barbecue just beside it. Very handy. The villa is situated in an incredibly beautiful location amongst olive groves, fruit trees with an amazing view over the Monopoli hills. It is also very close by to some fantastic touristy spots such as the Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello and Polignano su mare. The restaurants nearby are outstanding. Not to forget the amazing beaches so close by too! So many beaches to chose from but our favourite was Sabbia d'Oro (golden sandy beach) just 15 mins drive from the house. The perfect day was going to the beach in the morning and then spending the rest of the day by the pool. Bliss! Thank you for such a wonderful 5 weeks!
