An ancient house of support of the miners dipped in olive trees on the hill of Monsummano Alto in the protected zone of the park of the caves of stone with panoramic sight.

it' s situated to few minutes of distance from the primary services. You can be reached in less than a hour places of tourist interest as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia or the Versilia.

Near "La casa del Riccio" you can find the natural Caves of "Grotta Giusti", the biggest in Europe, the nightlife and the Racecourse of Montecatini Terme, Golf green, handling horses and tennis fields.

Villa is built in one floor. Windows all... have mosquito screens. Villa is composed of one fully equipped kitchen which include fridge/freezer, two professional ovens, gas hobs, dishwasher, two coffe machines (espresso and american coffe), and fryer. There's one separated dining area with a beautiful wooden table that seats 8. In the living room there's a fireplace, chaise loungue, swarosky chandelier and an ancient table.

One of the three bedrooms has a separated exteral entrance. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, one is triple, and each have an en-suite bathroom. The external bedroom has a tub while the others have a shower. Every room has TV sat.

All the rooms have high quality interior finished: parquet, wooden girder, stone walls.

The nearest town is Monsummano Terme, which is about 2km away. This town has shops, restaurants and all other amenities.

Montecatini Terme is a larger town and is about 5km away, it also has all facilities.

Local Leisure - horse riding 7km, golf 9km, tennis 6km, ten-pin bowling 5km, paragliding 1km, 4 mountain bikes available, walking.
Centrally located, the estates and villas offered by To Tuscany offer privacy yet easy access to Tuscany's many historic towns.

The beauty and romance of Florence, brimming with cultural and artistic attractions Siena, and San Gimignano rich with medieval history, are within an easy hour's drive.

Even closer to home are Chianti's five regional towns, Gaiole in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Panzano, Greve in Chianti.

From Calais, drive through France via Macon to the Frejus tunnel take the tunnel and continue on motorway to Turin (Torino).

Check List
Before setting out on your trip to Tuscany by car we suggest the following checklist.
1 Check insurance cover - make sure you know what to do in the event of an accident.
2 Breakdown insurance - check you are fully covered for breakdown insurance even if your car is new!

Italian Motorways
There are 24 hour Petrol Stations along the Motorways, you should try and fill up before leaving the motorway, fuel is sometimes difficult to find in the countryside and more expensive. Tolls can be paid for by Credit Card in Italy, this is often easier on long journeys.

TRAIN

An alternative way of travelling to and around Italy is by train. There are good international connections from mainland Europe to most of the major Italian cities, as well as an extensive network of local trains serving the smaller towns and villages.
Tickets are generally not too expensive, and you can use your Credit/Debit Cards for payment.
