Currently the tax rates are 9.5% QST, 5.0% GST and 3.0% Tremblant Resort Tax. Cleaning fee will be added for stays less than two nights. Younger adult groups may be charged a larger refundable security deposit. Additional guests will be charged $10.00 per day over the base rate of four people.

The condo is impeccably clean and well supplied, with many extra luxurious touches. The location is perfect-quiet,yet close to all Tremblant has to offer.The instructions provided and info book at the condo were very well organized and clear. Definitely plan to visit again!

I came across this vacation property through Owner Direct.com. The ease of search and property information was excellent. The condo at Cap Tremblant was amazing. The condition was new and in excellent shape. I would have enjoyed to stay longer as it was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was 5 minutes drive from the base of the mountain, however the quite and seclusion was very nice. You dont have to bring anything, all of the mini electrical appliances are there, the kitchen utensils were great as well as the sweet welcome package when we arrived. We grocery shopped at Metro and SaQ and were able to have a romantic 5 Star Steakhouse meal. The Oasis pool looked nice however we were looking for a hot tub and unfortunately it wasnt working that day. For Ironman Mont Tremblant the resort didnt offer shuttle service(normally they do) so we were quite lucky friends of ours had a parking spot to lend us at the base of the mountain. I would definitely recommend this property and book again in the future. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Upon arriving at Mountain View Terrace I was pleased that it was situated at the top of a mountain which was true to it's name thus affording views of The Village in the distance and a gorgeous lake in a valley which is currently on my desktop. I liked that the buildings were architecturally attractive and fit in with the surroundings and were landscaped with flowering bushes and native flora.
Inside, the rooms were decorated with mountain themed images and comfortable furnishings which lent to a feel of truely being away from it all back home. A welcome basket on the counter indeed made us feel welcome and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for two couples. The kitchen was fully functional and the whole unit immaculate. The sheltered outdoor patio was put to good use and a stone fireplace added to the woodsy cabin feel of the place.
Additionally, we made use of the two heated outdoor pools and jacuzzi which were only a short walk away and the bike path at the bottom of the mountain was great for biking and running.
I can't wait to return hopefully in the future to discover new adventures and activities and wish other visitors here a chance to utilize all there is to enjoy. -

The condo is tastefully decorated in current decor. It is clean and fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The owners left a welcoming basket of wine, cheese, crackers and truffles. It is quiet and peaceful and the scenery is spectacular. I would give it 5 stars and recommend it highly. The owners genuinely care about your stay and put forth excellence in customer satisfaction!

Mountainview Terrace was a wonderful place to stay. All the comforts of home were taken care of. Very clean, very up-to-date. The fireplace was out of service, but we actually preferred the electric insert - no maintenance for us, and we could turn it off without getting off the couch with the remote!! The fan in the bedroom was a bit noisy, but the kids slept in there, and weren't bothered by it. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again also. The drive to the village was about 7 minutes, and despite it being New Year's, we easily got free parking each time, so we didn't even end up using the resort shuttle.

Mountain View Terrace is a wonderful condo that provides everything one could desire. The accommodation was excellent and very complete. I really appreciated the top quality kitchen appliances and the use of the washer and dryer. The hot tub was a great retreat after a day of skiing. We had a great time.

This is one of those rare vacation rentals where the actual place is even nicer than the photos! Beautiful condo, extremely well-equipped kitchen, the complex has amazing facilities and a very convenient shuttle bus that takes guests to/from the Village every half hour during the day. Very cozy as well. I think during the summer, there would be a lot of great hiking trails around.

My husband and I spent Labour Day weekend at Mountain View Terrace. We live busy hectic lives and love to get away every couple of months for a weekend. We lucked in on this stay! From the beautiful condo, extremely helpful proprietor, and the little deer eating apples from my hand on the patio who could ask for more. Location is wonderful! We will be back!

Prior to our stay the owners were vey helpful with any information tht was needed. This Place was so clean & cozy. I loved the fact that its quiet around the area,still not so far from the village. It`s the best place for a getawaway!!

This was a ground floor apartment in a very large villa. Has excellent facilities for staying and relaxation and wonderful scenery in Mount Tremblant close by. Super place to crash out but not for the highly active type of holiday maker.

Wow!! Two thumbs up!
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home! Comfortable bed, cozy living room, excellent DVD collection, delicious gourmet coffee, cheese, truffles and wine, and the list goes on! We really appreciated the cleanliness and organization of it all. The owners have really thought of everything! All you need to bring along are your belongings and food/beverage! We will definitely stay at Mountain View Terrace the next time we book a vacation at Mont-Tremblant! -

Great spot for a vacation as it was only a few hours from our home. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our meals on the terrace. Was nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings and the pools/hot tub were terrific. Would definitely plan another stay!!

This was a wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. So very quiet in such a tranquil spot. It was a very secluded weekend away which is what we look for when traveling. A very worthwhile trip and the location and unit itself is very comfortable. With lots to see and do, there was always opportunity to relax in the unit or sight see.

We couldn't have had a better place to stay. We have stayed at intrawest locations and they don't compare in value. The kids loved the pool and we loved th solitude of the location. A quick drive to everything!

Overall a very pleasent stay. The condo is impeccably kept and furnished and it did feel very relaxing and homely.Very well equipped with nothing missing. Location was a bit isolated in the evenings with a car journey to restaurants but that's one of lifes trade offs. Only suggestion would be a little bit more information of the facilities available around the complex (a little map showing where the hot tubs where etc would be good) apart from that fab location

Very positive first impression. The added touches showed pride of ownership and made our stay feel like a real treat. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the rich linens. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was peaceful and quiet.

We stayed in the Mountain View Terrace for New Years 2011 and had a great time. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and were very welcoming.
The condo is extremely well kept and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped (thanks to the owners!) and even came with a welcome bottle of wine. The location is good with a regular shuttle bus service operating to the ski resort if you decide not to drive. Nearby there is a great outdoor jacuzzi which opens late.
We definitely recommend the property and would certainly stay again.

It was extremely cold in Tremblant so we couldn't hang out in the village after skiing. But we were not disappointed at all as we had as much fun just staying indoors. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The place was gorgeous and we loved that the kitchen was fully stocked. We ended up bringing stuff to make for breakfast and it cut down on the cost of our stay. It is only a few minutes away from Downtown Tremblant. There is plenty of restaurants near by and even a convience store. It was very clean and the gift basket was a great welcome.

The condo was easy to book and Mike responded quickly to all emails with answers to my questions.
The place was well equipped, well furnished and tastefully decorated.. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and the bedding top quality.
We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some snacking foods which was a very nice touch. The complimentary soaps and shampoo were a nice surprise and made us feel well looked after.
We cooked most of our meals there, which we were able to enjoy on the terrace while sipping on wine. All the spices and herbs required to make a gourmet meal were provided.
The place sits on a hill in a quiet condo village away from the noise yet a short drive to Mont Tremblant where you can take part in the action.

We fully recommend Mountainview Terrace! Booking the place was easy and Mike was very responsive, ensuring that we got to the place without issue. The condo is very well equipped with everything we need and more - we were even greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese and truffles! The condo, which is a unit within the Cap Tremblant resort was super clean and luxurious. The pools and tennis courts at the resort were great and the condo is close to all of them. We enjoyed the dvd and board game collection supplied in the condo as well. The only downside was that the indoor pool at the resort was for adults only and we couldn't go with our 6 month old during the rainy weekend. Thanks for a great stay!

property is clean, neat, and very well kept. although the property is a condo where there are few other units in one building, we had all the privacy and quiet throughout our 5 day stay. clean linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchen are provided so it was a easy weekend getaway without the hassle of packing the whole house. my husband and i also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi under the stars. We made the trip to mont tremblant for snowboarding but i would want go back for fall foliage, golf, and relaxation too. great place for all year around!

I stayed four nights in early January in this condo. The attention to detail was phenomenal. A gift basket containing wine, cheese, crackers and chocolate was waiting for me. Located above the old village of Tremblant, you are away from all the noise and craziness of the ski hill, but close enough to take advantages of everything the area has to offer. No complaints at all.

I stayed at Mountain View Terrace last year and it was a fantastic experience! I definitely have plans to go back there again.
The facilites were very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the view from the living room was spectacular.
