A stone's throw from the waterfront and resort, this just under 800 square foot executive condo offers beautiful views of Lac Mercier, Tremblant Resort as well as the mountain. From our 1,200 ft elevation watch as the sun sets every night over our lake which you have full access to or if you prefer relax after dinner by visiting any of many hot tubs/pools located throughout our development. We rented this cozy 1 bedroom condo in early March to enjoy winter activities in and around Mont Tremblant area. The condo was perfect for the two of us with all the comforts of home : nice bedroom, kitchen with a breakfast bar, living room with a real fireplace and beautiful view over the mountains and the lake. The condo has a nice porch with a BBQ, but we did not use it, it was too cold for us.Everything was there, all we had to do is bring our food and ski equipment. The Wi-Fi was handy and trouble free. We used the hot tubs in the resort quite a few times, they were clean, accessible ( we could walk there) and just the right temperature. The condo is in a very private setting with trees and greenery in the back yard. Easy walk to Old Tremblant Village for market, coffee,restaurants and bus stop if you wanted to the Tremblant resort. Also cross country and walking trails are just down the hill. We walked to Tremblant resort and back, which was about 10 km thru the Village. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back.

We rented this cottage for our wedding anniversary and had the best time. Very clean, nicely situated condo. The local restaurant is delicious and the Nordic Spa a relaxing wonder! Nothing negative to say at all. Would recommend to anyone and look forward to renting again in the future. Joanne is wonderful to deal with and was very accomodating. Thanks again for letting us rent from you!

My husband and I had a great week in the condo. We enjoyed dinner with the beautiful view of the lake and the sun setting on the patio every night. Absolutely stunning. A deer visited the back yard several times during our stay. The two pool areas were great and we enjoyed the local attractions. If you are biking you may want to plan to drive out to a bike trail (we liked the one that was converted from the rail line) as biking up the hill back to the condo was tough!

The service was great and the condo had everything we needed with only a two minute walk to access beautiful swimming pools and a ten minute drive to Mont Tremblant village.
The entire family enjoyed this quiet and relax stay.

Joanne's condo at Cap Tremblant was great! The condo itself is very cosy and well furnished with everything you need, and the view of the lake is spectacular! It's only a few minutes drive from Tremblant resort/village, in which there are many fun activities. Also, there we bearably any bugs around the area in mid-June. The only downside here was that the common pools and hot tubs were always extremely full.

I have looked into why the pools were so full for mid june and it turns out one of the 3 pools was closed at this time for some maintenance (it is now open). I was not notified of this closure by our property management firm and as such I could not advise our clients. I do apologize.

The views at the condo are simply spectacular. Very private location and a fantastic condo all around. Very clean and well stocked with everything you'll need for a getaway. Even for a short visit, Joanne's condo feels like home and is tough to leave. I'm already planning a return trip and I would not stay anywhere else.

My wife and I have been visiting this condo for a few years now... every time we find it comfortable and relaxing. The owners do a great job ensuring the unit is clean and well-stocked (in terms of cutlery, equipment, etc). We plan to keep coming back for years to come!

Private, relaxing condo with all ammenities. Beautiful views and access to nearby hot tubs and pools. Cozy and quiet. Biking trails close by and an easy bike or drive to Tremblant ski area where there are numerous shops, restaurants, and activities.

Joanne's condo at Cap Tremblant is a little piece of heaven! The view is incredible and it is perfectly located to access the many many activities and sites the Tremblant area has to offer. The condo was very clean and very well equipped for all our needs and the extra's, such as the hot tubs at Cap Tremblant were a very sweet treat! The instructions for getting there were clear and parking for and access to the condo were easy. There is no question we are coming back!

From beginning to end everything went well. The owners were wonderful and the accomodations were perfect - very clean and well equipped. The staff in the pool areas were polite and helpful. There was plenty to do in the village and the scenery was spectacular.

The place was just simply awesome!!! The pictures does not do justice. The condo is a lot nicer in person. I have already recommended the place to my Toronto friends right after I checked out. Joanne Dawes was the best hostess. She made paying very easy and trustworthy. Can't wait to one day come back. Thanks again Joanne for sharing your paradise home away from home.

We can't say enough good things about how ideal this location was for our long weekend trip. We needed some time just for the family to relax and be together. We were extremely comfortable, the view was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. We had everything we needed at our place and everything else we wanted to do was just a short drive away. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful weekend at the Cap Tremblant condo. Lots to do,went biking on the trails over to the ski village, did yoga at the nordic spa. Pools and hot tub were great at the resort and one was close by. The condo had everything one would need. Amazing views of the lake. Very quiet. Overall a very relaxing weekend that felt like a mini-vacation and only 2 hours away!

We've been frequenting Joanne's chalets for a good number of years. This one has a fabulous view from the livingroom windows/patio doors past the ext bque and sitting area. It's quiet, clean, close to the pool, hot tub, mountain, restaurants, running trails, Nordik Spa and more. We've always enjoyed our stays and Joanne's friendly and straight forward manner.
