Pleasant service at check in. However the internet that was to be fixed by Monday was never fixed. They forgot to give us our passes that we had purchased, to give us the access to the pool and forgot to give us the locker key. These may seem like small things individually but they cost us a lot of time as the check in is in Ste Jovite. The room is very spacious and very brightly lit with nice big windows. The beds however are very uncomfortable. The room was clean except for the duvets and the extremely dirty placemats. It was a very warm week and we were unable to turn off the heated tile floor in the master bathroom.

this was our second stay at this same complex. The kitchen was well equiped, the fireplace, TV and stero all worked. the place was very clean. the location is terrific- a 2 minute drive or a short walk to the lifts. The outdoor hottub is a real work or art- set in the rocks. will definetely be returning.

Upon booking this unit I was unaware that the check-in office was located in town about 10-15 mins away and that service was virtually non-existant after 6:00 on weekends. We were told we need to check in by 8:00 on a friday night and while driving up we hit a snowstorm so we had to call in to get a code to the unit. When we got there, we had some other questions that would go unanswered because there was no one available to help us. The following day I recieved phone calls saying I needed to come by the office (a min 30 excursion so I could sign in). I was unwilling to make this trip right in the middle of my stay. Especially after a long day of skiing, the last thing I wanted to do is drive 30 mins out of my way. I was then told I'd have to come in the following day before 6:00 to sign. Again another inconvenience considering we would be skiing till 4:00 and would like to enjoy some of the village restaurants and activities. Also, one evening during our stay we were stranded in the cold for about 30 mins waiting for someone to come fix our lock. The unit itself was very nice. We enjoyed the space and amenities but the service issues were very frustrating. Next time I will spend the extra $$ for accomodations where there is 24hr service.

While our office may not be open 24 hours, all guests are given Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant’s private concierge cell phone number where there is a manager available 24 hours a day to assist them. We do contact all guests prior to arrival to get estimated arrival times and arrange our office schedule accordingly. For those arriving after our office hours we are pleased to offer late check in services where the guests can sign all documents prior to arriving in Tremblant and go directly to the property. We apologize for any inconvenience that occurred and hope that we will have the opportunity to serve you again.

Our first time in Mont-Tremblant to visit the Spa nearby. Snowing and windy week-end, but the condo was so comfortable, it just made it more "magical" !
