Pour le condo rien à redire; propre, représentatif des images vues sur internet. Très facile d'accès jusqu'au village piétonnier, soit à pied ou en service de navette.
Le service de tremblant sunstar nous a énormément déçu. Nous avions demandé à avoir notre condo pour 15h au lieu de 17h, ce qui était offert sur le site sans frais supplémentaire. J'ai téléphoner la veille de notre arrivé pour savoir si c'était possible, on m'a dit que le condo se libérait cette journée là alors de rappeler le lendemain pour en avertir le personnel qui serait en poste. Ce que j'ai fait. Nous sommes donc arrivé vers 15h00. Personne n'était au courant de cette demande, la dame qui nous a servi a été désagréable. Ils nous ont dit d'aller se promener et aussitôt qu'ils auraient des nouvelles, ils nous appelleraient. Nous sommes retournés à la réception vers 16h30, toujours rien. Nous avons attendus dans le lobby. Ont nous a dit froidement que le condo était garanti pour 17h00 et qu'ils nous appelleraient à ce moment. Finalement nous avons eu les clefs et le code d'accès (code qui en passant expire à 11h00 pile le jour du départ) à 17h30, personne ne nous a jamais contacté pour nous en aviser. Tout l'monde semblait se passer la poque et remettre la faute sur le service d'entretien ménager, personne n'a jamais démontrer qu'il faisait un réel effort pour essayer de nous accommoder.
Durant le séjour, j'ai dû téléphoner à quelques reprises pour avoir des informations simples sur différents sujets étant donné que le wi-fi n'était pas disponible, chaque fois le personnel était froid et je semblais les déranger.
Habituellement ce genre de situation ne me dérange pas mais là au prix payé j'aurais apprécié recevoir un service un peu plus courtois.
L'année prochaine nous essayerons une autre région pour nos vacance de la relâche. -

The place was very nice, very relaxing to stay there. The view was great, it felt very cozy. It was nice to make use of the fireplace. Cool layout and well decorated.

The condo is lovely and spacious. The beds are comfortable and it was quiet at night despite a Blues Festival in the village. The kitchen was well-eqipped to prepare a meal for 7 people. The village is easy to get to and walking back provides a good work out for the calf muscles. We would stay in this condo again.

We stayed here for a skiing visit to Tremblant.
We were all very pleased with the condo. It had a lovely spacious feel with 'cathedral' ceilings in the living room. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds veyr comfortable. It really did feel 'homely' and comfortable enough to look forward to coming back to it in the evening and eating in rather than going out.
The provision of free wi-fi internet access is a really great bonus, very well appreciated.
Also, we were allowed to use the fireplace and have a real fire which made the evening 'apres ski' experience all the nicer.
We liked it so much we'll ask for this condo specifically next time. -

Everything was great except there were 4 of us guys and 2 had to share the smallest bedroom with 2 tiny beds. The other 2 bedrooms were huge. Other than that it was all good !
