There were many pleasant surprises when we arrived (always a good thing). The registration was quick and easy, there was an elevator to the main floor right next to our car and the front door (!) and when we walked in we saw the wall of windows and the great view. Very cool. The place was large, comfortable and cozy. The ski-in, ski-out was not that convenient, but very doable to go back for lunch and chill a bit before another 4 hours of skiing. 5 Min walk to the village made it easy to enjoy all the great restaurants. We had a great time, thank you.
Wonderful Vacation and management

We stayed in this condo over New Year's Eve. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. It had just what you needed (not over cluttered with an owner's personal items). I especially loved the heated tile floors and the elevator that opened right in your own mud room. The hot tubs were great, loved the ski on/ off luxury, and we were happy to have indoor parking (although the spot was a little tricky to pull into when the garage was full). Another amazing part was maintenance staff and management company. I lost 3 bracelets at the hot tub while staying there. I called realizing they were probably lost for good. About a week and a half later I got a call they were found. The management sent them to me, and I had them the back the next day. They looked as good as new. I can't say enought good things about my trip. Read more

Rented the condo again (172-2) for the fall colours. Another great stay. The fireplace was really nice this time with the cooler weather.

My wife and I had a great time. The condo was nice and more than we expected. We will be back for the fall booking.
Accident put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay

Barabara who did our booking was extremely friendly and knowledgable.
I was somehow under the impression that we we're getting a private hot tub which when we arrived was not the case (i'm not sure if there was a miscommunication.
The facility was nicely maintained and though we found the ski in ski out access a little challengin at first, the view was beautiful and proximity to the village was excellent.
We were upset that we had spent extra money to get a room with a hot tub and ended up in a facility where the hot tub heater was broken/not working up to standard.
We were however awarded a $50.00 refund for this malfunction.
Our unfortunate accident occured at the end of our stay when we accidentally droped our car key down our condo elevator shaft.
When we called for assitance we were informed that they would need to call a technician to come and open the elevator. I asked if we would be charged for this service and we were assured that we would not be. We also asked the first security guard again if we would be charged and he also said no. We waited an hour or so for assitance and the elevator technician was able to retrieve our key no problem.
A few days after we returned home I was charged the $500.00 damage deposit on my credit card. Only after I inquired about the charge was I informed that Rendez-vous Montreal was charged for the service call (which they did not expect) so they dowloaded the cost to me (eventhough they told me I would not be charged).
I am currently disputing the charge and am sad that despite my nice visit to Mont Tremblant, my experience ended on a sad note.
Most amazing view!

The pictures do not do justice to this condo. It is large for two people - plenty of room. The best part is the terrace. We went in august - hotest days of the summer - and it was great. Its very large and very private. It has a nice table and chairs so you can have every meal out there if whether permits. Bbq is great as well and is protected by the elements if it rains.
Rendez-vous Tremblant staff is great and very helpful. Registration is easy to find and a breeze.
Condo is minutes away to Tremblant village and all the action. There are tons of restaurants and bars for all tastes if people do not want to cook.
The only little negative thing I would say is the quality of kitchen dishes and utensils. They are industrial-like - child like wine glasses - rudimentary pots and pans. We love to cook and were eating in all the time but found the equipment a bit limited but not a disaster.
Perfect weekend at L'Altitude

We had such a nice stay in Tremblant over Canada day weekend. I have been to many condos & chalets but this one stood out because of the gorgeous (huge)terasse and scenic views. The jacuzzi overlooked the village and was so relaxing.
The unit was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The employees from Rvmt were extremely friendly, patient and gave us loads of information. She gave us a late check-out without having to ask and even ran outside when we were about to leave to give us $10 free at the casino. I appreciated her suggestions and warm personality.
Overall a gorgeous setting and condo. We were far enough from the village to feel like it was a getaway yet close enough to the action to feel the excitement of the festivities that weekend.
Lastly, we had gondala access included (normally $16 each)and access to the beach. Not to mention a voucher for $10 at the casino.
I would stay here again, no doubt!
A wonderful, relaxing and beautiful stay!!

My husband and I booked last minute. We just wanted a relaxing get away for the 2 of us to enjoy some beautiful accomodations, scenery and delicious food and wine. We were not disappointed on any account. From the point of taking our reservation, to arriving and locating our keys and the directions to the condo, everything was perfect.
The only comment I would make was as were arriving later on Friday night, it would have been nice if there had been wood in the condo to start a fire. When we were here before the condo had a gas fireplace so we did not think about having to get wood.
We loved being so much closer to the village. We stayed in Letoile de Matin condos before. However the gondola was always running there, so no problem. We had a lovely dinner in L'avanche and even though we were the only customers, the service was impeccable. Tres Bon!!
My husband and I cannot wait to come back again and enjoy the hot tub. We requested the unit with the private hot tub, but it was already booked. Lovely unit though. So clean.

Our stay at the altitude was one of the best in our Canada Holiday. The view here is absolutely beautiful and stunning. This is one vacation we will never forget! Friendly and very helpful staff too!

Expected more based on the photos as well as the platinum description. Did not include anything more or different from any other time I have rented accomodations at Tremblant. Somewhat disappointed...

The location of the condo was perfect, as you have an excellent view of the entire surrroundings. The condo is well layed out and easily comfortable for up to four (4) people. Service in the entire area, including stores and restaurants, was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return and also recommend to all.
