The picturesque towns of Amandola and Sarnano, with its thermal spa and luxury health spa are thirty minutes away. The sophisticated county town of Macerata, with its renowned open-air opera and boutique shopping, and the vibrant Ascoli Piceno, with its splendid architecture and Le Marche’s most beautiful piazza, are both less than an hour by car. The long sandy beaches of the Palm Riviera are 30 minutes away, and the Riviera del Conero, an area of outstanding natural beauty, is a 1 hour drive. Prices are for the property per week in Euro. Prices include: sheets, towels, all house bills, exclusive use of the pool, bicycles and Internet wireless.
There will be an additional fee for final clearing: € 100 for the whole property.
To secure the reservation we require a 30% deposit by wire transfer and the balance 5 weeks before arrival. Cancellations up to 5 weeks before arrival are accepted and the deposit will be reimbursed. For cancellations after this date the deposit will not be reimbursed.
For stays shorter than a week, during off-peak season, please contact us and the price will be adjusted to the number of nights requested.
