Gorgeous secluded house with private pool, extensive grounds and views to die for close to Monte San Martino in the foothills of the Sibillini. We offer 'self catering with a twist' because we live in the house next door and are on hand to help with any aspect of your holiday although you are guaranteed privacy too with independent parking, divided gardens ( the lions share and the best views are all yours) and exclusive pool use.
The house is set over three floors - the Ground floor has a large fully equipped kitchen, huge sitting dining room, cosy TV room, table footy room and table tennis room.

In the foothills of the Sibillini with close access to the national park but also in easy 45 minute reach of the beach resorts. The house is set just off a quiet rd between Monte San Martino and Penna San Giovanni, both gorgeous unspoilt medieval villages with a few shops, bars and restaurants. Closest small towns are Sarnano and Amandola, both about 20 minutes drive with good selection of very reasonably priced restaurants and charming historic centres. Lots of lovely untouristy places to explore, hiking and mountain biking, riding, quadbiking, local festas in summer, possibly the best icecream you have ever tasted, roman ruins close by, fantastic pizza, good markets and designer outlet stores and all at molto economico prices. We live next door in a smaller house separated from the main house by the table tennis room and are always available to give you advice about the best places to go, book a table for you, share our excess fruit and veg and help ensure in any way we can you have the relaxing holiday you deserve.
Our closest airport is Ancona but Bologna, Rimini, Pescara, Perugia and Rome are also viable options. Guests often combine a stay here with a few nights in one of Italy's fabulous cities such as Rome, Bologna or Venice.

The price includes everything except heating in Winter which is charged at cost.
We provide a generous welcome pack, all linen and towels - but not beach towels, please bring your own.
We can organise catering if needed and offer a pre holiday shopping service.
The damage deposit is repayable at the end of your holiday as long as there has been no significant damage, we understand accidents do happen and would never charge you for minor items such as one or two glasses.

This is a Gorgeous place, and Very reasonably priced for Italy!
The bedrooms and baths are all renovated and beautifully decorated. Super cozy-feeling, but lots of space. There are different seating areas and rooms so everyone needn't be "together" all the time, which can be a big plus for a family. There's also a pool, hammocks, beautiful views and tables for outdoor dining.
The hosts are really wonderful people. Very helpful and low key. They gave us a lot of information on things to do in the area, but didn't intrude in any way.
There are inexpensive restaurants and a grocery store nearby, so you can eat in or go out without breaking the bank. The nearby towns are gorgeous and quaint for strolling, shopping, photographing or just sitting in a cafe.
Overall, the weather was sunny and quite pleasant, with just one rainy day and a few clouds.
We truly had a lovely stay at Sei Camini and hope to return someday. I highly recommend it!Response from Marina Webster - 09/29/2012

The house has an amazing setting with wonderful views towards the coast and most evenings we barbequed and sat out watching the sun go down over a few glasses of the local rose.
The children loved the fireflies in the evening - like something out of Harry Potter - and swimming in the pool at night watching the stars.
House is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the English owners very friendly and generous with small presents from their garden. They booked tables at a couple of restaurants for us and an afternoon's riding for my daughter -our Italian is not good and it was useful to have someone who could do this for us close at hand.
Lots to do and see in the area, went to the beach one day which was very pleasantly empty, we heard it never gets busy until august but most of the chalet restaurants were open and we even found one which served brilliant sushi!

We've just come back from 2 fantastic weeks in Sei Camini and we enjoyed every minute. When we got there the welcome was warm and relaxed- Pete and Marina immediately made us feel at home and were great hosts,offering loads of help (not to mention bowls of their delicious home grown figs and tomatoes) when we asked for it, yet also sensitive about our privacy. They also provided us with a very generous welcome pack that kept us going over the weekend.
We went to Sei Camini with another family, so we had a range of 6 children between 7 and 16 and there was plenty for them to do with a great pool, badminton, table tennis, & table football. The sun loungers by the pool and hammocks under the willow trees looking out across stunning views of hilltop villages were all the adults needed. Even a good library of books to suit every taste was provided.The house was easily big enough for 10 of us and the top floor provided a great space for the teenagers to lounge in.
The memories we shall take away will be:
- those long lazy meals around the huge table in the shade of the tree,
-cooling off in the pool while looking out at that amazing view,
-wandering through the torch -lit mediaeval streets of Sarnano
-listening to a free opera rehearsal in the beautiful piazza of ascoli Picena

What a fantastic place to come down and relax. It is a very quit place with a kind of magic when the sunset. We have been there for two weeks with our five children. We all had fun. The house is bigger than you can imagine from the photos. The rooms are very comfortable. The kids were fine with the pool and Marina and Pete were so friendly and helpful with everything. We will come back for sure with our friends.

Familie with teenagers

Whe have been in this beautifull house with 2 families with teenagers. There is space enough inside and outside there is a very big and beautiful garden where you can play and relax. The swimming pool is clean and you can lay down in a chair or hammock. There is a great view on the hills everywere you look. We enjoy the BBQ and the pizza oven. We had a very nice holiday here. Pete and Marina are very kind and good for their guests.

We have visited Sei Camini for two consecutive summers and have had the most wonderful time
Marina and Pete are the most marvellous hosts and it was great to have a font of knowledge on the doorstep.
The house is spacious and has a wonderful calm feeling, is full of great art and books, a well equipped kitchen with enormous fridge and range and the al fresco views whilst dining on the terrace were to die for.
The pizza restaurant by the lake was a great favourite with our children and they loved the windy roads and the gorgeous pool with hammocks and loungers.
We hope to be back again one day.
