$400 Cleaning Fee (14+ night stays require additional cleaning fees)
$2,000 security deposit refundable within 14 days of checkout. Deposit is reduced to $500 with purchase of Damage Waiver.
30+ night stays require extra security deposit, and do not qualify for the damage waiver program.
It is our policy to not rent to groups of adults under the age of 40

Our family stayed at the Cold Springs Retreat over Thanksgiving 2012 for one week. The house itself was just fantastic. The room layout was perfect for us with 2 small children and 2 sets of grandparents. We enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch on the patio with the beautiful view. The service from Paradise Retreats was very nice and professional. All was very well done and made our stay very memorable and worth repeating exactly as it was. The location worked really well for us- an easy drive down to town and to all the parks and sights in Santa Barbara. We particularly loved the beach side grills and alameda park was a highlight for our children as was the small and well done SB zoo.

The house is newly renovated inside and out. It comfortably slept 12 of us, mostly young and older adults. It was also easy to accommodate all of us for a sit-down meal every night. Every room was nicely appointed and looked like a setting from a Pottery Barn catalogue. The back decks and spacious hot tub have an awe inspiring view of the mountains. We appreciated the details of the well equipped kitchen, beach items in the garage and cozy blankets decorously, but usefully spread about the house.

I have rented a few different rental houses over the years and I have to say that this was the best one I ever rented!!! Everything in the house was brand new and I think they had just renovated! The location was also great, just down the hill from downtown Santa Barbara! The backyard was large for our toddlers to run around and it was gated so the kids were safe! The kitchen was fantastic, the beds were like heaven, and the bathroom were new and clean. Every room in this house was fabulous! I would definitely recommend this house to everyone, and when I come back to visit Santa Barbara I will stay here again.
