Quiet area surrounded by greenery away from noise and prying eyes, the area is famous for the magnificent view overlooking the Sibillini Mountains and the spectacular cliff overlooking the property and the country Montefalcone that dominates its top;
The property has a large private parking and closed.
A few kilometers away are the city of Ascoli Piceno, Fermo and Macerata rich in history and findings of the Romanesque also the nearby village of Montefalcone is known for its rich prehistoric fossils at ground level.
