Fairway Manor is a glamorous seven-bedroom villa overlooking the famous Half Moon Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea. Nestled on a hillside, its rooms open onto an 85' verandah, where the sweeping 120-degree views of manicured grounds, golf course, sea and sky are truly breathtaking. The villa is less than a five minute drive from 4 championship golf courses: the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Resort, Wyndham Resort and Ironshore.

The villa's new owner has upgraded the villa with new furniture, new bedding, tile, pain, powder room and TV's throughout. There is even a new inside staircase and enlargement of the two downstairs bedrooms and bathro...oms.

A new Family Room includes a bar, pool table, sound system and a 52' TV.

The villa is built on two levels and designed so that most rooms open onto breezy verandahs and balconies offering spectacular views of the villa's gardens, Half Moon Resort's golf course and the brilliant Caribbean Sea beyond. The interiors feature cool tiled floors and brightly colored Caribbean fabrics. The main floor houses five of the bedrooms, the kitchen and living/dining rooms.

All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and have en-suite baths. Five of the bedrooms are located on the main level; three with ocean views and two with garden views. Upstairs via a new interior staircase is the spacious living room and the other two other air-conditioned bedrooms and an expansive covered balcony with lovely ocean views.

On the main level are bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 each which is approximately 240 square feet. These bedrooms offer king sized or twin sized beds at the guest's option. Each en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and bedroom 5 offers a delightful outdoor shower as well. French doors lead to the lower verandah, sparkling private pool and spa area.

Also, on the main level are bedrooms 6 and 7 which are each approximately 300 square feet and offer pretty garden views. Bedroom 6 offers king or twin sized beds as well as a charming sitting area. It has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination and opens to a private outdoor garden patio and garden. Bedroom 7 has a king sized 4 poster bed as well as an en-suite with walk in shower. It, too, opens directly to a private outdoor garden patio and garden.

The upper level features a spacious high ceiling room complete with an entertainment center and sound system and is comfortably furnished. Six French doors open to the upper level balcony which provides an excellent spot for cocktails and entertaining. All of the upper level rooms open to the 900 square foot covered balcony which provides unforgettable panorama of the Caribbean sea and memorable sunsets.

Also, on the upper level are two bedrooms that are equal master suites at 300 square feet. One has a king sized 4 poster bed with en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and walk in shower with views of the gardens and ocean. French doors open to a long balcony. The other master bedroom has king (or twins if desired) bed and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and opens to the balcony as well.

Dining may be enjoyed either in the interior dining area or by candlelight on the poolside verandah.

Rental of the villa includes complementary membership to the Half Moon Golf, Tennis & Beach Club. The complementary membership provides the following amenities:

UPSTAIRS

Master Bedroom 1 (300 sq ft)

King-size 4-poster bed. Spacious en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi and walk-in shower with vast view of gardens and sea. French doors open to long balcony.

Master Bedroom 2 (300 sq ft)

Optional king-size or twins beds. En-suite bathroom has tub/shower combination. French doors open to long balcony.

Living Room (1,200 sq ft)

Spacious high-ceiling room with entertainment center (TV, VCR, sound system), generously furnished on cool stone floors. Six French doors open to upper balcony. Entire area is excellent for entertaining. All upper level rooms open to the 900-square-foot covered balcony. The panorama of the Caribbean Sea is magnificent from this vantage point. Sunsets are unforgettable.

DOWNSTAIRS

Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 (240 sq ft)

King-size or twin beds at guests� option. En-suite bathroom have tub/shower combinations. Bathroom 5 includes a wonderful outdoor shower too. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area.

Bedroom 6 (300 sq ft)

Optional king-size or twin beds and cozy sitting area in west wing. En-suite bathroom has tub-shower combination. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and garden.

Bedroom 7 (300 sq ft)

King-size 4-poster bed. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and garden.

Just a short drive from the villa are several world class golf courses as well as the delightful Half Moon Shopping Village with upscale boutiques, English pub, bar, restaurants and medical facility.

The resort town of colorful Montego Bay is about a 15 minute drive from the villa.

The staff at the villa deserves special mention as they have been at the villa for many, many years and are a wonderful and talented group of people who will become like family to guests.

  There were 8 women from California who shared the Fairview Villa for nine days & we all got along , none of us felt neglected by any of the staff. That was the best vacation I ever had. The staff was superb Ms. Olive shared some of her delicious receipes with us, Ms Angie & Keshia were heaven sent & Roy and Albert wouldn\'t let us left a hand or foot. It was like they knew our every thought. My favorite thing to do was to sip rum punch in the pool under the stars every night before bed. (Boy did I sleep good every night). Our last night there, We had a Big Birthday party for 5 of the women, the staff put together one of the best dinners & drinks, Ms. Olive baked a cake for the Birthday \"Girls\". We are already preparing for our return trip next year, same time, same place. Our driver Richard took us all over Jamacia, Ocho Rios, Kingston, Nigril & gave us a history lesson along the way, while catering to our every need.

  WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

  Thank you soooooo much for your support in assisting my party for a wonderful experience in Jamaica. We really over enjoyed ourselves. The staff at Fairway Manor is SUPERB! Mrs. Olive treated us as if we were her daughters; Roy, Albert, Angie and Garnet(driver) tended to us beyond the call of duty, making sure we were comfortable and safe. We couldn\'t ask for anything better. We\'re ready to go back again!

  Our family vacation at Fairway Manor was the most enjoyable and enriching experience of a lifetime. Our children were enveloped by the friendly and attentive service of your staff throughout our stay, providing them with a cultural, safe and culinary experience that I\'m certain they will never forget. The property was maintained at a level beyond our expectations and the food that was served to us daily was excellent. Thanks to the great staff and lovely villa, we will certainly consider returning to Fairway Manor for another vacation.
