However, I am saddened that you didn't have a lovely experience with the meals from Miss Delta. Miss Delta is usually an upbeat , pleasant and eager to please cook that generally guests enjoy her and her meals. In your case it seems the gluten free cooking was definitely new to her (she was given advice and books on what items to purchase and prepare but unfortunately she needed a bit more guidance... our sincere apologies). I have since purchased several gluten free books for her and she should now be better prepared. We will definitely take your advise re: 4-5 suggested meals by category - vegetarian, chicken, fish, meat, pasta. Thanks so much for the suggestion. We look forward to your visiting us again in the near future. One love,
