When most people dream of California, they picture the beach right outside their door. Our oceanfront home is exactly that and can be yours for a memorable getaway. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, our two-story townhome is ideal for family visits or a group of friends. Our home is located in the private, gated community of Monterey Dunes Colony. If you have not heard of the Monterey Dunes Colony let us introduce you to this very unique place, one of the few private communities on the California Coast and conveniently set just off Highway One between Monterey and Santa Cruz…so perfectly secluded, yet so close to the rich cultural and entertainment life of the Monterey peninsula.

Miles of secluded beach is only steps away on the boardwalk connecting our home directly through the dunes to the sand. Our beautiful oceanfront home is nestled in this very fragile, magnificent sand dune environment thousands of years in the making. We preserve it by never walking on the sand dunes; we all play an important role in preserving this natural beauty.

The living room, dining room, and upstairs master bedroom all offer panoramic views of the entire Monterey Bay. Relax in Adirondack chairs on both the ocean-side deck and the land-side patio. Visit in comfort in the living room’s sectional/recliner sofa and cushioned window benches. Retreat to the comfortable chaise in the master bedroom to read or fully take in the amazing views. End the day watching spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. Sleep will come easy with the sound of the crashing waves, the only thing you’ll hear in this peaceful, private, gated community!

All three spacious bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds; the downstairs bedroom also includes a twin bed. The two upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the third bathroom is just outside of the downstairs bedroom. All linens, towels, and toiletries are included as well as a washer and a dryer.

Utilize our fully equipped kitchen and outdoor propane BBQ grill. Or dine out at wonderful close-by restaurants found in our guest directory. Our home includes four TV sets with satellite receivers, a DVD player, and WiFi. Park your car out of the elements in our two-car garage. All you need to bring is your food, clothing, and a desire to relax and enjoy the peaceful, natural beauty that awaits you.

Monterey Dunes Colony offers many private recreational facilities including a pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a basketball court, a golf driving net, shuffleboard, and a sand volleyball court. Come and live your dream vacation at our oceanfront home!

“Beautiful beachfront home”

Had a great time at this fantastic home, everything as advertised, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Just steps from the ocean and spectacular sunset views. We will come back.

“Perfect, Private Beachfront Townhouse”

This property is very secluded, private and cozy. The three bedrooms each had a king size bed and adjacent bathroom which made traveling with three adults very comfortable.
