This recently renovated 17th century farmhouse offers all modern comforts in a rustic setting. Refurbished with great attention to detail, the farmhouse boasts materials such as travertine marble, wrought iron, and clay bricks. The farmhouse is situated on a beautiful 1800-acre farm estate. There are rolling hills, woods, lakes, and game such as deer, pheasants, partridges, and hares. Siena is 12 km away, and the estate is 400 meters from the small town of Monteroni d'Arbia. Casa dei Venti consists of six independent apartments, sleeping a maximum of twenty people. There is a reception office, a common room with stereo, a covered outdoor dini...ng area, and a ping pong table. There are ten mountain bikes available for the use of the guests. The apartments share a solar heated swimming pool [12m x 5m]. Next to the pool there is a barbecue with chairs and a dining table. The pool is equipped with umbrellas, lawn chairs, and a swing. Each apartment is stocked with a bottle of the estate's Bianco d'Arbia.

Il Pino [1st floor] The entrance leads into a living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV. A large window affords a beautiful countryside view. There is a small kitchen with microwave. A hallway leads to a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and handheld showerhead and a double bedroom with king-size bed.

Il Forno [1st floor] The apartment has a living room with two single sofa beds, satellite TV, and a kitchenette with microwave. There is a nice bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and handheld showerhead and a double bedroom with queen-size bed and view.

Il Vino [Ground floor] The apartment has vaulted ceilings and a living room with two single sofa beds, satellite TV, and VCR. There is a master bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen [with dishwasher and microwave] can accomodate 12 people.

Il Pozzo [Ground floor] The honeymooners suite, has independent access on the ground floor. There is a loft [50m2] with a king-size bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with microwave, and a bathroom with shower. There are domed ceilings and a view of the garden.

Le Tortore An independent converted barn, with fireplace, air conditioning, and satellite TV. There is a master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a loft with king-size bed, and a second bathroom with jacuzzi tub and handheld shower. There is also a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a balcony with a view of the Arbia valley.

There is also a large dining room with a table for 24 people and a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, HIFI stereo and Organ.

Available amenities: shared swimming pool, shared laundry room, telephone, Internet port, stereo, hairdryer, barbecue, satellite TV. Casa dei Venti is fully air conditioned and there are screens on all windows. A daily continental self-service breakfast is included in the price, as well as daily housekeeping from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
