1 double bedroom with fan and 1 room with 2 single beds that upon request can be combined in 1 double bed with fan, bathroom with shower.

Independent entrance from a private loggia of 24 m2 equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Internet Wi-Fi, a baby bed, washing machine and iron available complimentary upon request. Heating is excluded from the rate

It is nestled on a beautiful green hilltop surrounded by cypress and olive trees and a bounty of grapevines.

From the pool, you can admire a 360 ° panorama on the typical Tuscan landscape, perhaps sipping a glass of good wine.

Florence is only 25 minutes away while in less than 1 hour you can visit Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca, Vinci, Volterra and Fiesole.

Il Poggetto is an ancient farmhouse of the fifteenth century, deep in the Chianti countryside, stands on a hill from where the eye gaze wanders to 360 ° in a unique landscape, among cypress trees, olive trees and grapevines just as you imagine Tuscany. ?

We felt in love at first sight with this place and we have carefully and personally restored these houses, under its original appearance and using typical materials such as terracotta floors and wooden beams for the ceiling.

Il Poggetto offers 3 apartments for 2 and 4 people and a larger detached (or better independent?) house for 5 / 6 people. Each apartment has a private entrance and a large outdoor loggia, with table and chairs, to let you fully enjoy the relaxation that we want to offer you.

The large garden of more than 2 hectares is cared with passion, full of plants and flowers and surrounded by cypress trees.

Our hill is pleasantly breezy in summer and the good weather will allow you to enjoy the panoramic swimming pool, equipped qth deckchairs and umbrellas.

The tranquility and silence are guaranteed, nothing will disturb you while enjoying a beautiful, romantic sunset, perhaps while tasting a good Chianti wine, before cooking a great Florentine steak, on our barbecue.

All of our apartments are equipped with WiFiinternet, satellite TV, fan, safe, independent heating, each kitchen is properly equipped with microwave, fridge with freezer and utensils.

Also included in the price bed linen, towels and even the final cleaning are included in the rate.

If you travel with children, they are welcome and we provide you a complimentary baby bed(on request).

Should you need a washing machine and iron you can use we used a room specifically for these needs.

At your disposal, in the apartments you will find useful information on restaurants, supermarkets, street markets, local festivals, as well as trekking trails, and more could be of interest to you.

For your convenience there is a private parking within the property.

Our house is beautifully located in a central position between villas, castles and ancient villages, and in no time you can reach by car the beautiful Florence, but also Fiesole, Vinci, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra. If you want to spend each day to discover a different city, and reach the sea.
