The villa is isolated and its dominant position ensures complete tranquillity and a magnificent view across the hills of the Chianti countryside. During the rental period, the owner lives in the restored barn behind the main house in order to guarantee total independence, complete privacy and exclusive use... of the swimming pool to guests. In the midst of olive groves with a full southern exposure, the swimming pool (6 m x 12 m - available from May1st through October 31 st) ensures sun continuously from morning till evening. The villa includes 2 panoramic terraces under the trees, open to the beauty of the surrounding Chianti countryside and to the swimming pool where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner. The villa is spacious (4090 sq.ft / 390 m2) and can sleep up to 12 perople. Its astonishing restoration has maintained the traditional Tuscan style saving the old terracotta floors, the wood beamed ceilings and stone portals made of lovely ' pietra serena ' The villa accommodations are on two floors. Ground Floor: A beautiful large kitchen, laundry/utility room, dining room with 2 tables seating 16 and a parlour, 1 double sofa bed in dinning room, a large living room with big Tuscan fireplace, a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and direct access to the green terrace open on the panoramic view over the Chianti countryside.
