Located on the hills surrounding montespertoli, city of wine chianti, it benefits from a wonderful limitless view on the vineyards and olive-trees hills.

This tuscan villa is disposed on two floors and its extension is approximately 250 square meters, beyond approximately 300 mq. Of terrace-solarium with covered loggia and portico..And 5000 square meters of park/garden...

Distances are: 3 km: from montesp...ertoli with any kind of shops, banks, postoffice,; 12 miles from florence, 16 miles from s.Gimignano, 25 miles from siena, 40 miles from pisa.

By Car from highway A1: exit Firenze-Signa, then take the motorway (S.G.C. FI-PI-LI) Firenze-Pisa-Livorno in Pisa-Livorno direction. Get out at Ginestra Fiorentina and go on to Montespertoli; from here take the road to S. Donato a Livizzano; after about 3 km you'll reach Morzano; on the same road there is Villa Casa Serena.

  Villa in situated in a beautiful place but the house is very old, furniture are old, bathrooms are very small and are in bad condition. Pool is quite good but you must clean it everyday yourself. The owner is outside and you take care around house.

  We are very sensitive to the comments of our guests that we thank for the valuable contribution they offer. But maybe it's necessary to provide some correction: 1) The more than 400 years old Villa (home) and the furniture are ANCIENT, ANTIQUE and NOT OLD!, as is shown in the ad. 2) The bathrooms are standard and one in particular is wide about 20 sqm. 3) Guests have EXCLUSIVE use of the villa and pool and for their full privacy the owners do not live in the villa. But if required, the owners can live in a different apartment in the villa and in any case are always available on simple call, as always it is communicated to the Guests.
  3) A person in charge of tending the garden and cleaning the pool is at the Villa at least once during the week.

  Super villa. Good facilities. A little too far out of town to walk for some of the family. Wine festival on during the week we were there which was an absolute must for vistors. days out to Florance and Siena were also a plus.
  San Gimineano ( not sure of the spelling ) was also a suberp place to visit. My wife and I will go back to the area again as a couple to spand a more leisurly visit.
  Silvio was a most welcoming host and a great help when organizing our week.
