Montegufoni Villa with 8 beds is situated atop a hill, with panoramic view over the vineyards of the Chianti countryside, near the small town Montespertoli location 'Montegufoni. Quiet and peaceful a place is really relaxing.

The barns has both ground and first floor;

The ground floor is approximately 43 square meters. There is a large open space with a lounge area with sofas and armchairs and satellite TV and dining area with large table extending up to 3.5 x 0.90 meters. Large kitchen with electric oven, microwave refrigerator gas stov...e, freezer and dishwasher. The barn also has a laundry area with washing machine. Alongside the living room is a bedroom with bathroom with shower and bidet.

On the first floor two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom Two bathrooms with shower and bidet. Available beds for infants.

There is a covered terrace with shade canopy, is equipped with garden furniture, umbrella table and chairs. The property is partially fenced. 5x10 meter private pool with sun beds and 10 chairs. Hiking paths around the villa with views of great beauty.

Recently renovated (winter 2008-2009),Once these barns were used by farmers for agricultural activities of the villa, located a short distance where the owner lives. The villa offers a wide 360 ??° view of the countryside surrounding hills, rich in vineyards used to produce the famous wine Montespertoli.
