Balconied Efficiency Apartments With Ocean View: Nice furnished apartments for short-term or long-term rentals in charming Pocitos. Great location, one block from the Rambla. Just steps from restaurants, shops, bars and cafes in one of Montevideo's loveliest neighborhoods. The building is located at the corner of Francisco Vidal and 21 de Setiembre.
This building does not have an elevator, so it is best suited for the "young at heart" of any age -- or those willing to walk up a few flights of stairs!

The place was great.

Raquel, the hostess was very helpful. The apartament was very secure they have a doorman 24/7.we where three blocks from the beach, stores with a walking distance, buses, the Punta Carretas shopping mall was close by.

It was a great experience to visit Uruguay and to stay at this apartment. The owner and his family were excellent. It was a pleasant stay. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The food at the restaurant on the buildings first floor was very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The condo has everything you need! It is comfortable, conveniently located, and the landlord was very helpful. Keep in mind that it is a historical building so if you are looking for a fresh new place to stay you should not stay here, but I found the historical aspects of the building very quaint and made the experience more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the property.
