Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&b; a metà marzo, in giorni infrasettimanali. Inutile dire che fossimo gli unici ospiti: La Casa di adelina è stato il giusto posto per ritrovare la pace dei sensi nel pieno relax. Le nostre finestre affacciavano sulla piazzetta del paese, oltre si perdevano le colline della Val D'Orcia. Il paese è in posizione comoda e centrale per chi volesse visitare i dintorni, spaziando in giornata comodamente da Siena al Lago di Bolsena. Le camere (la nostra) sono ottimamente rifinite, pulite e tranquille. Dispongono di accesso WiFi e un tablet ad uso comune. Un B&b; consigliatissimo. Se proprio volessimo trovare una pecca, la mancanza del bidet.

Siamo stati nel B&B; La Casa di adelina con amici per un week end di inizio marzo e siamo stati subito accolti da Francesco al nostro arrivo a Monticchiello ed accompagnati nella nostra casetta, La Cocca, che è pochi metri dal resto del B&B.; Abbiamo subito assaporato il romanticismo delle case toscane in pietra, la tranquillità e l'ordine, per poi trovarci all'interno in un ambiente arredato con design moderno in connubio con le travi, il pavimento in cotto e la stufa che mantengono il "clima caldo". Durante la colazione abbiamo potuto apprezzare l'autenticità toscana del B&B; vero e proprio, la gentilezza ed efficienza di Francesco e la buonissima colazione tutta home made. Che dire, ottima accoglienza, colline e valli suggestive con la foschia mattutina dei primi caldi, vicino a molte città gioiello...lo consiglio!
