Appartamento Larice A is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps nine people. It is appoximately 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the borough of Monticiano , where you will find the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet). You will reach Appartamento Larice A from the garden going up approximately eight stairway steps.

The Larice apartments are part of a large stone building dating back to the eighteenth century. It has been renovated and separated in 5 holiday apartments.
It is located on a hill, at about 450 meters above the sea level. It is surrounded by green woods and under woods, rich in fowers and trees which are typical of the Mediterranean maquis. If you are fond of hiking, riding horses or bicycles you will find several tracks to go and have the chance to come upon a fallow deer or a roe deer.... or just find a limpid water course where you might enjoy going for a swim...
In the Larice apartments you will be able to experience the real way the Tuscan farmers used to live in the past. The apartments have been beautifully renovated and they now features all modern amenities, still preserving, however, its original charm.
In the villa you will find 5 apartments, each featuring its own amenities. If you would like to, you will be able to rent the whole villa. In this case you will have a large kitchen and a large living room as well.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, 2 meters (6.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The room has a window with a view of the vegetation.
