Villa Larice Grande is a characteristic two-story age-old farm house made of stone. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Larice Grande you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valley and of the hills. Villa Larice Grande is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the borough of Monticiano , where you will find the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet).
To stay at Villa Larice Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate....
Villa Larice Grande is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an annex on the premises.
Villa Larice is a large stone building dating back to the eighteenth century. The villa has been carefully renovated still preserving, however, its original charm. In the villa you will find 5 apartments, each featuring its own amenities. In a separate building you will find a large kitchen, a patio and a large living room as well. This annex is equipped with WI-FI Internet connection.
It is located on a hill, at about 450 meters above the sea level. It is surrounded by green woods and under woods, rich in flowers and trees which are typical of the Mediterranean Maquis. If you are fond of hiking, riding horses or bicycles you will find several tracks to go and have the chance to come upon a fallow deer or a roe deer... or just find a limpid water course where you might enjoy going for a swim...
At Villa Larice you will be able to experience the real way the Tuscan farmers used to live in the past!
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately ten stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the swimming pool you will have a gorgeous view of the Valley. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
