1885 Victorian stone house,renovated, on the famous Saint- Louis Square. Enjoy the park with the fountain and the musiciens. Dine on St-Denis street and come back by foot. Jazz festival is just close enough for you to walk! We are very well located on the Plateau Mont-Royal, 3 minutes away from the subway, between Sherbrooke /St-Denis/ St-LAurent streets, bixi bikes as well!
You can do all your visiting by foot and at night sleep very well!!!
The house is fresh in the summer because of the greystones, it gives it a cool quality.

We are located downtown in front a nice park with a fountain. Minutes away from the subway and walkable distance form centercity and the Old Town. You really can do anything by foot but the Olympic Stadium/Botanical garden activity.
I help you with parking on the street.
St-Denis street is a nice for shopping and dining. You can hike on the mountain close by.

Location: Very conveniently located in the plateau. Bixi bikes right across the square and metro just a 5 min walk across St. Denis. This is where you want to be.
Service: Dominique prepared the breakfast every morning. Simple, light, and healthy - something we liked because we wanted enough space in our appetite to enjoy all of the great eats around the city. Each day Dominique prepared a different breakfast so we had variety. She also had great conversation and insight into the city. The breakfast area was beautifully decorated and I loved the high ceilings.
Room: We took the Campagnarde room in the back. Quiet and cozy, nicely decorated with character. The bathroom is very nice, however, a bit small. Nevertheless, it is functional and clean. I would recommend it. The Campagnarde is right next to the solo room so those with partners will have to be quiet during romantic time! The Jardin is on the other side of the floor so no problems of having to be quiet.
Amenities: There's a kitchen area and lounging area. We only used the fridge to keep the snacks and goodies we bought. There are maps of the city and tour info available on a rack as well.
Price: Pierre and Dominique is more affordable when compared to the other B&Bs; in the area (heart of the plateau).
Overall: I would definitely stay here again. Dominique was friendly and prepared a lovely breakfast. It is well worth the price for the location.Response from Dominique Bousquet - 05/25/2012

Une adresse idéale pour découvrir Montréal. Un endroit calme et paisible sur le Carré St Louis. Cette très belle maison victorienne propose des chambres confortables et décorées avec goût. Vous pourrez disposer également d'un coin cuisine très bien aménagé et d'un petit salon TV cosy (+ accès internet). Après un petit-déjeuner très copieux, varié et 100% bio (préparé avec soin et amour par Dominique), vous pourrez de part la situation très favorable de ce B&B;, faire de nombreuses ballades. Proche de la station de métro Sherbrooke, Montréal s'offre à vous ! Sans oublier la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l'accueil chaleureux de Pierre et Dominique. Une adresse attachante et incontournable !
