1 bedroom. 8 large windows. Lots of light. Wooden floors. Stone walls and wooden beams. Pictures speak for themselves. 1000 sq ft. Furnished with taste.
6 appliances including high speed internet access, cable, and telephone. Everything provided.
Ideally located. Direct access to restaurants and shops. 2 steps from metro (Square Victoria and Place d'Armes) and downtown.
Please note that we are only taking reservations for rental term starting in April.

I do not know where to begin - This loft is perfectly located, charming, clean, and well priced. You are walking distance to many shops and eateries. The size and layout is very accommodating. Four people fit comfortably (sofa bed). Building is safe and loft is well maintained with many furnishings. I will be back to Montreal and would want to stay here again!!

My wife, baby and I spend a weekend at this Loft, in old montreal. What we found was a luxury, comfort and relaxing flat, fitted with all the amenities one needs. Nestled in the old port of montreal, on a quiet cobble stone street, it was an ideal location for us to walk around among the great restaurants, tourist sites and horse driven chariots, of the area. It was also located at about 20 minutes walk from the shopping district of Montreal. Recommended for sure!

What a fantastic loft! This was our first experience with a rental place and the standard has been set high. Istifan was very accomodating with our last minute reservation. Istifan was very helpful offering to provide information on restaurants etc. Parking was easy and free. The location is so central that there was no need to move the car once we arrived. It was close enough that we could be in the middle of Old Montreal in all the activity but the loft itself was quiet enough that we could have a cozy romantic get away too. We wish we could keep this a secret so it could just be our Montreal home but alas we can't keep the good news all to ourselves. You will not be disappointed. Can't wait till our next trip!

As a native Montrealer who travels a lot globally in and out of hotels, I found renting out this loft to be a true gem. The management is very friendly and honest. The loft itself is magnificent and you can't beat the location for Old Montreal. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the city for a long period of time, or just looking to rent a charming pad for a short while.

We lived there for almost 3 months and it was great. The apartment is beautiful and very well situated. The services provided were excellent. The only thing is that the supermarkets are quite far if you don't have a car (10-15 minutes walking). Parking is easy on the street.
I highly recommend this apartment.
