This loft comfortably sleeps 2 people (possibility of 3rd). It has high exposed concrete ceilings, hardwood floors and a a private patio. The loft itself is 600 square feet furnished with stainless steel appliances. The communal urban chalet has a seasonal rooftop pool, fireplace, pool table, industrial kitchen and 2 rooftop gardens equipped with half a dozen BBQs.

Located near the charming Atwater market and the historic Lachine Canal. You are steps from the subway and a short walk to the neighborhoods of Westmount and various parts of downtown Montreal. From the rooftop you have a wonderful view of the entire city, including the rooftops of the famous "Old Port of Montreal". Although the subway is the easiest way to get around Montreal, there is plenty of free parking available on the surrounding streets.

The loft is simply amazing -brightly lit with abundant natural light is furnished beautifully, and in a way where you really feel comfortable like you're at home in your own home, not just a guest in someone else's. Everything you need is here - washer and dryer; a kitchen with new appliances and all the pots pans and dishes you need; a cozy living room with Hdtv, cable, VCR; a lovely balcony for enjoying the fresh Montreal air; and every amenity you might need including a rooftop pool and gym. Also, conveniently located near the atwater Market and the Metro. I think perhaps the best quality of the property is how they have gone the extra mile and thought of every single detail in support of renters. She cares deeply about both the property and the quality of your stay, and it made all of us there feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Don't settle for a hotel, or another private residence where you don't know who or what you're getting. Rent this loft for your Montreal getaway! I will definitely be back in the future!!!

the apartment is beautiful.. very modern, clean and spacious.
We used the balcony to have a glass of wine in the evenings and were also able to use the great rooftop pool one afternoon. The location is great 6 minutes from the metro station and even the 747 bus to/from airport stops there.. we loved the space and would definetly be back -

I stayed in this fantastic loft for a week in March. Loved the rooftop bbq and pool, the gym and basketball court. Close distance to atwater Farmers market, Lachine canal and second large metro station in the city. Will definitely recommend this vacation place to friends and family, and stay here next time i'll be in Montreal.

I stayed here for a week it was rented by my employer to go to Montreal for a training course offered by the Health Board. Great stylish place. Loved the Gym and the rooftop Urban Chalet is amazing! Loved the charming baclony and very comfortable. This place was just build and its all new beautiful finishes! Was located minutes walk to the well known atwater market where I picked up fresh meats and produce every other day to cook fresh. Was an easy and enjoyable transcation with the owners and property manager.

Stayed for a month while I was between homes. The loft itself is comfortable and very clean. Check-in went very smoothly. It is well located near the metro, grocery stores and market. Rooftop lounge had wonderful views of Montreal. A great stay!

This ground-floor open concept loft is a great spot for short or extended stays in Montreal. Clean, cozy and modern design with new appliances and lots of amenities. Parking available on the streets surrounding the development.
Didn't get to check out the roof-top terrace as it was winter, but pics looks amazing.
Loft is steps away from a metro station and is a 5 minute walk to the vast deliciousness of the Atwater market where gourmet meats, produce, cheeses and wines can all be found.

This place le rocques!
Everything is brand spanking new. It is completely decked out in super-duper, groovy-cool accoutrements. An excellent retreat from the hustle and bustle. Steps away from the Metro Station. Atwater Market is a brief walk where you will find endless options for great eats.
I didn't get a chance to experience the rooftop pool - but c'mon, can you imagine? This is the best kept secret in Montreal.
