This is a lovely apartment. Frank was very friendly, accommodating and easily available by phone. He met us at the apartment on our first morning, with a smile, showing us around.
The apartment is lovely and exactly what we needed for our holiday. It is spotlessly clean. It is equipped with everything you could need...good kitchen with dining table, laundry facilities, lovely bathroom with large shower+loads of fluffy towels, comfortable furniture, TV and even board games+cards for an evening in! There are two little balconies to enjoy the sunshine.The living area is spacious and airy.
The apartment is located in a fairly residential area. The metro station is about a 3 minute walk away making this rental ideal should you not want to be in the city centre but want to access it quickly. There are a variety of lovely little shops within easy walking distance, lots of interesting places to eat and a couple of really good supermarkets.
All in all, we loved this apartment. It was a perfect base for our week in Montreal. -

We were met by owners of the property upon arrival. They were very nice and accommodating. The unit we stayed in was on the 3rd floor of the apartment building and no elevator. The view from the apartment was not great either, you looked down an alley in the back room and balcony and another apartment building in the front room and balcony which was so small that there was standing room only. The furniture needs to be overhauled. The apartment itself is as if someone lives there constantly and leaves hours before you get there. The parking is very tight if you decide to drive. The kitchen was adequate not to many utensils so we had purchased our own and ate out of paper products. The decor was not appeasing. The whole apartment was not inviting enough. Oh yea, no tub either. It did however have cable and internet service.
Location, Location, Location. It is located in Westmount which is close to nowhere. The first thing we saw when we arrived was graffiti on the buildings. The best thing that I can say for this property was that it was close to the transit rail and you could get out of there! Eating and Dining was several blocks away. I don't consider KFC as either. We traveled by transit for the most part because that was advised to us. We did travel some by car just to see the city, most transit is underground. The property is next to the Train system and also blocks away from the highway. The noise from both is not appeasing.
It is to say the apartment/condo (not to offend) is average at best. I went to Ottawa right afterwards and the location and amenities was like night and day. I can't say that I wouldn't recommend this vacation rental but I personally wouldn't stay there again. -

The apt. was perfect for us. Plenty of room for hosting our family reunion dinner. Extremely convient to the metro station and also to the freeway, but you would not know it. Montreal is such a beautiful city and this location is one of our favorites.

Had a terrific stay here for Formula 1 weekend. Apartment was super clean, comfortable, and amply furnished and appointed. Frank (the owner) greeted us promptly on arrival and was available by cell the whole time for any assistance we may have needed. Although not right in the downtown area, the neighborhood was actually very quiet / nice with great restaurants, cafes, and shopping very close by on Rue Sherbrooke. The bus and subway was very accessible as well so getting downtown was a breeze. Would stay again. Highly recommended.
