Our apartment is very centrally located. Only 400 meters from the Montreal Jazz and the Francofolie festival, 500 meters from downtown and the world biggest underground shopping mall, 600 meters from the hottest restaurants, bars and night life of the colorful boulevard St-Laurent, in between the Mont-Royal mountain/park and the old port of Montreal.

We use Paypal for all of our transactions. The security deposit is also refund through Paypal. We DO NOT accept personal/business check, money order or bank draft.
Payment must be paid in full (total charge plus security deposit) 30 days prior arrival.
After lessee has vacated the property, an inspection of the property will be conducted to determine the condition. If no damage occurred and/or there is no missing objects in the apartment the money will be refund to lessees within 10 business days. Otherwise, all repairs and missing objects will be duly noted and receipts provided for this matter. The cost of fixing the apartment and/or replacing any of those objects will be deducted from your security/damage deposit.

I rented the 7th floor apartment for my family to stay a month in the summer of 2012. We loved it! As a rental, it is not fancy, but very clean and well equipped with Wi-Fi, cooking basics, new fridge, microwave and even a new TV (updated in the middle of our stay to watch the Olympics). Most of all, the owner, Ivy, is very nice, responsive and reasonable.
Quite spacious to entertain six people. My parents enjoyed the little balcony when they felt like going outside with little effort. From the second bedroom window, one can even catch a glimpse of the St. Laurence river. The $10 parking on the ground floor is a plus, which I strongly recommend. Transaction through Paypal was convenient, but Paypal did take 3.9% international transaction fee when getting the deposit back.
Great location! Great value! Great host! Will stay again. -

This was a very basic condo. Two bedrooms, one bath and a sofa bed so it was advertised to sleep 6 but the living room did not have enough chairs for even 5 to sit comfortably. It had obvious signs of wear (some peeling paint in the bathroom, cabinets that did not completely shut in the kitchen). We also had to wait an hour (until 5p) to check in since the cleaner was not fininshed. Ivy, the manager, was wonderful. We called her twice and she came right over to assist us. She even loaned us 3 umbrellas which turned out to be very necessary the 3 days we stayed. The location is very good, near lots of public transport, good food, the underground city and MaGill University. the Old Town is about a 25 minute walk away and the big shopping street St. Catherine is a short walk away. I am always happier to have a condo versus a hotel when traveling with my 3 teenagers. It was also great to have a garage parking spot.

This apartment is exactly as described. Everything you'll need, simple and clean. Stayed with both adult children, their partners and two toddlers. Plenty of room for all. Parking in building helped a lot. Nearby street had organic and regular markets, great coffee shops,a breakfast place. Chez Gauthier restaurant which was like being in France. There for Comedy Festival and african Music Festival, both close by. The manager, Ivy, was friendly and helpful.

This place was great! I wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Ivy was very quick to respond to the inquiry and provided us all of the details we needed to book the apartment. The apartment was sparkling clean and fully stocked when we arrived; she even provided a helpful guest book that gave us all the apartment amenities as well as local events and recommended restaurants.
I love that the pictures accurately portrayed what the apartment looked like. There is a significant amount of space between the dining table and living room kitchen, a flatscreen tv (which we were able to hook our ps3 up to), a fully stocked kitchen, and toiletries if you forgot yours at home. -

I stayed here with a total of 8 people and had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and modern, and the owner was very helpful. The location was great. I would recommend this apartment to any friends or family wanting to spend some time in Montreal. Amazing value for small groups.

The stay here worked out really well. We were 7 travelers, who came to celebrate my friend's engagement. The location is excellent - we were a short cab ride to good bars and clubs. Parking is reasonably priced if you purchase from the owners. Also, on the weekend, underground is available across the street on City Councilors Drive for only $5 a day. The apartment was quite clean, including all dishes and linens. Emails and phone calls to the owners were answered or responded to quite quickly. The place was a little crowded for 7, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The price worked out very well for 7 people - for a smaller group, it still ends up cheaper than a hotel.
Booking was a little confusing - the pricing made sense after the owners explained it, but was not clearly explained on the site. The building seems a little run-down at first - but the apartment is really nice. -

4. Location!!! steps to Saint Laurent Boulevard party/restaurant scene
5. Value - for the same price as a hotel in the area you get the privacy and convenience of your own home away from home.
6. Paypal transaction makes payments and deposits easy as pie. -

Montreal is the city I was meant to live in and I couldn't have asked more of the accommodations! The apartment was centrally located and very affordable. It had such great character. We were with another couple and the four of us were within walking distance of everything...we only took a cab twice. We walked to Old Montreal and back and were steps from shopping on Rue Saint Catherine. The apartment was spacious and more than enough room for four people. The beds were very comfortable and the details on finding the keys and parking space were comprehensive. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment and our gracious host, who leaves a very helpful guest guide in the apartment for tourists to find the best places to eat and see. I highly recommend anyone looking to save money on hotels but wants the downtown Montreal experience to stay here.

Owner was easy to communicate with. Check-in & out was extremely easy and our security deposit was returned promptly. Spacious and comfortable apartment, wonderful light, very clean and comfortable beds. Great location, walking distance from everywhere we needed to go, close to groceries and tons of restaurants. We had four people staying and there was lots of space for everyone.
