LESSEE hereby agrees:
That he or she will not allow overnight access to the PROPERTY except to those guests registered in this contract. LESSOR will have to give specific authorization for any additional guest to be added to this lease; Rental for 31 days and above only. That he or she will not sublet the PROPERTY;
That he or she will act and force those under his or her care to act quietly and peacefully;
That he or she will ensure, without limitation, his or her own valuables against risks such as theft, fire and damages caused by water and lightning. He/she shall also carry adequate insurance to cover damage(s) he/she might cause to PROPERTY.
That renting the PROPERTY is at his or her own risk and that LESSOR cannot be liable in any way for any type of harm incurred during his or her stay to him or herself or those under his or her care except for bodily damages clearly caused by negligence of the part of LESSOR;
In the event LESSEE or LESSOR cancels the RENTAL CONTRACT, the liability of the party who cancels cannot be more than the amount of the deposit.
That he or she shall leave the PROPERTY as clean as he/she found it. In case PROPERTY is left unclean for the final inspection, a cleaning charge will apply.
9. To refrain from smoking as PROPERTY is a smoke-free environment. Smoking on the premises will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
It is forbidden to hold a gathering or parties with more people that the ones registered, unless a formal approval of the owner, if not respected, a charge of 30$ per person per night will apply.

Really enjoyed our stay at this place. The hospitality of Rejean is something that we will remember. The place is clean, close to all attractions, close to subway and located in downtown in a quiet neighborhood. I can say a lot, but all I'll say is - look no further.

I travelled to Montreal for a conference with a colleague and her husband. The location of the apartment was ideal for the meeting site, and also located close to many of the sites of downtown Montreal. The owner is very friendly and extremely flexible and accommodating. The house, furniture, and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, the aC was set to the perfect temperature, and there were more than enough towels for our 5 night stay in the apartment. The only minor issue dealt with the bathrooms---I was under the impression that there were two full baths and that there would be one for each set of guests in each of the two bedrooms. However, the only full bath is upstairs and therefore must be shared by all of the guests. But this wasn't a big enough deal to ruin the stay. Very highly recommended!

Usually reviews start with the best part of the stay, and truly the owner, Rejean, has contributed immensely to the enjoyment during our stay. Through the booking he was readily available to answer questions, cater to our requests and patient enough as I went back and forth on dates and numbers of guests. When arrived, a friendly welcome tour of the apartment as well as guidance offered to the local establishments.
The apartment was located right next to the McGill campus and a very short walk to St.Catherines street and the Metro stops.
Situated on the 3rd floor (without a lift) was itself quite large for 6 guests and a 6month old as well. The large king bed, 2 twins and a pull out queen accommodated all our needs. There was even an inflatable bed and a child’s play pen available. And yes the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for guest, but for a short stay it was bearable.
Kitchen had all the needed amenities and the large harvest dinning table, made it feel just like home. There was an in suite washer and dryer which was quite handy. Towels, sheets, toilet paper and laundry detergent were all provided.
Underground parking was also available for a small rental fee per day.
All in all, it was a fantastic stay in great location managed by a wonderful owner! -

Can't say enough what a great time we had. Though short, it was jam packed with activity. The accommodations were excellent. Comfortable, clean and a great window seat with a view overlooking the garden and street. Rejean was a great adviser as to the best places to visit. He was right on. He was extremely helpful and was always available for our many questions. I would highly recommend this quaint apartment to anyone wishing to visit Montreal. Thanks Rejean - we miss you!!

We had a quick get away trip with kids for Easter school break. Location was grate, right next to McGill University, walking distance to Mont Royal, University and downtown Montreal. Bixi bike rental station was 100 yards down the street. Everything was just as advertised , owner Rejean was just great, so helpful and accommodating , we highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in close city center. We would probably walk everywhere on foot if it wouldn't be for a kids, they have lesser tolerance for a long walks. Apartment can accommodate up to six people , to bedroom; three beds and sofa bed in a living room , like all sofa beds it is not that comfortable, ok for short visit, but if you would have to sleep on it for a week it would diminish whole positive experience.

I went to Montreal for the weekend with 4 friends from argentina. We were all impressed with the apartment, it's a really great place to stay! The place is very spacious and very well equipped.
The apartment it's in a great location, walking distance from the trendy places.
Rejean, the landlord, is a very cool person, and makes you feel welcomed all time.
Highly recommended!! -

This condo was very well equipped, very clean and well layed out for our family of 5.Lots of room, comfy beds, and very quiet. we will rent Rejeans place again.
Also the owner was awesome, so helpful and interested in us as a family.He even stood outside in the snow to direct us to his garage because we couldn't find it.The location was perfect and we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping even in the cold.There is nothing that we could complain about. It was a great experience for us all. -

This was our first experience renting in Montreal. With a family of 6, it often is a challenge finding a hotel with adequate room for all of us at a reasonable price. Most times the hotel suite will accommodate 5. For the same amount as the Holiday Inn in downtown, you can stay at this nice duplex, for twice the amount of space, a fireplace, Kitchen, and parking.
The first floor had a 1/2 bath, kitchen, step down family room with a pullout coach, and dining room that seats 6 easily. Upstairs (via the spiral stair case), had a Master Bedroom, a 2nd Br with 2 single beds, and a full bath. The full bath was nice, the ceilings were high with nicely exposed beams. The Kitchen was adequate, needed a little updating, but ok for what we needed. The refrigerator was new.
The owner Rejean was great. You never know what to expect, but he was so accommodating, nice to the whole family and helpful. He even helped us bring in our luggage. Everything was explained. He even went out of his way to make sure we had tv stations so we could watch american football for Thanksgiving (a bit of a tradition)
The location was directly across from McGill. It was about a 25-30 minute walk to Old Montreal. Doable for most, except the little ones. We enjoyed the Biodome nearby and the Science museum in Old Montreal. Italie Priarie. Underground mall is not far. There is a Metro grocery not too far, but if you can swing it, go to the IGa closer to Old Montreal. It was a complete grocery.

We travelled to Montreal with our 1 year old and enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was well equipped and very spacious.
The location was great. Very central and within walking distance to Mont Royal, Old Montreal, St. Catherine's Street, Downtown, etc... We didn't need a car and when we didn't want to walk we used the subway and even tried out the Bixi bikes that Montreal has to offer.
The highlight of the stay at the apartment was the owner, Rejean. He was so helpful, and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
