Convenient location, just few blocks to MTR. High end facilities and very very clean apartment.
Patrick is not only very helpful but also very efficient. Our stay in Montreal for 3 nights is so pleasant. We travel from YVR to New York city, Montreal, Ottawa, Kingston and Toronto. The stay in Montreal was voted #1 by all of us. We will come back again. Thank you so much Patrick. -

I stayed in this condo for 5 nights in mid July and really enjoyed it. The unit was just as pictured, very clean, beautiful and modern. I wish my apartment looked like this :-) The town is quiet with not a lot of late-night activities, but you can get plenty of that in downtown/old Montreal.
I brought my car, so I'm glad there was a small parking spot in the garage of the condo. I didn't venture out to taking the metro, although I think the nearest metro station isn't that far away (and there are bus stops nearby). For most days, I drove for ~5 minutes and just parked my car in public parking lots near downtown Montreal($10-15/day).
Overall, I had a great time and would stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything, Patrick!
