Great apartment, very cosy and charming, host up to 4 persons with a really confortable sofa bed in the living-room, there is also a balcony.
The location of this apartment is ideal, only 5min walking to the subway station Guy-Concordia, Bixie station at the corner, you are Downtown and all the great areas of Montreal are accessible easily.
Sainte Catherine street is just a block from the apartment! You will find dozens of restaurants, there are also many groceries around.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful trip! The apartment was close to public transport which was great for branching out in our adventures. We loved that the grocery and liquor stores were down the street as well. Lots of great shops and bars around too! No complaints! Kevin was very nice and made sure we were good to go on any questions we had.

The apartment was clean and gave me easy walking access to downtown.
I very much appreciated ana's instant response and attention to making my stay as easy as possible.
A big reason I had taken the apt was because of parking on premise as it was mandatory to rented a car, but I found the underground parking impossible to navigate and had to find another solution for parking.
Other than that my stay was very good. -

I visited Montreal with my family for the first time. The apartment was very nice, I thought better than a hotel room. The size is ideal for a family of 2-4 (no bedroom privacy-no door). The ammenities (pool, gym) are no way near a 5-star but it was nice to have something for the kids. The building was clean and located in a busy area, not at all what I expected, it was almost like being in N.Y.C. Everything you need in terms of shopping is within walking distance: grocery stores, shops, restaurants, malls and banks. The metro is also close by and will take you around the city. If you enjoy walking you can walk down to the museum and the awesome giant mall! I thank ana who rented us the apartment for having been so cordial and helpful. I think the location is ideal for a younger crowd rather than for a family with children-except for the convenience of having everything close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our efficiency was small but had everything we needed. The location is excellent, Supermarche pa is just a half block away, Atwater mall and Metro just 3 blocks. The street we were on is reasonably quiet, Rue Ste.-Catherine is 1 block away with lots of restaurants and shopping. Ana met us there and took care of everything we needed.
Overall a great place to stay, we plan to come back soon.
