Gorgeous fully furnished and equipped 1 bedroom condo with Private Patio and Free Parking in the Village, Downtown Montreal, a 2 min walk to the Beaudry subway station and Ste-Catherine, Montreal's main street, and only a 7 min walk to the Berri subway.

The condo can accommodate up to 4 people and features: Living/Dining Room, Kitchen, enclosed Bedroom, Bathroom, in-suite Washer and Dryer, French doors opening up to a private Patio, A/C, Internet, Widescreen TV, DVD Player, Sound system, Free private Parking.

The kitchen... is fully equipped, comfortable sofa bed in the living room, queen size bed in the bedroom, linens, duvet, comforter, towels provided, washer and dryer in-suite, patio furniture, rental fee is all inclusive.

RENTAL RATES

MINIMAL RENTAL 30 DAYS

WINTER SEASON (Oct 1-to April 30)

$1,600 per month, Double Occupancy (Average $53 per day)

$100 extra per month for each additional person, up to a maximum of 4 persons.

$400 Security/Damage Deposit required, Refundable.

SUMMER SEASON (May 1 – Sept 30)

$1,950 per month, Double Occupancy (Average $65 per day)

$100 extra per month for each additional person, up to a maximum of 4 persons.

$400 Security/Damage Deposit required, Refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

A 60-day notice is required for a full refund of the Damage/

Reservation Deposit and any pre-paid Rental Fees.

We are walking distance to St-Denis, Sherbrooke, St-Laurent, the best restaurants, clubs, shopping, free street festivals, museums and many attractions offered by the city of Montreal. A 20 min walk to the Entertainment District, Place des Arts, Old Montreal, the Old Port and Chinatown.

The Montreal BIXI system provides inexpensive bike rental, a bike station is located on our street.

We are also close to Lafontaine Park and the Mount Royal; in addition, public swimming pools can be found everywhere in the neighborhood.

HOW TO GET HERE

The condo is a 30 min taxi ride from the Montreal - P.E. Trudeau International Airport.

The l'Aerobus Shuttle between the airport and downtown stops at the Berri Subway station, a 7 min walk from the condo.

  We would highly recommend this apartment to others. It was comfortable, clean & very convenient to the subway. The neighborhood was also nice & we felt very secure during our stay in Montreal.   Perfect Holiday apartment...Felt Like Home :)

  I stayed at Bryan and Claude's condo for one month during april/May 2012 :) It's extremely comfortable and a lot of thought and care has gone into making it so. The owners were there to welcome me and kept in regular contact - they were courteous, friendly, approachable and always available during my stay. The condo has everything you could need! It's a great size and has a living room with very comfortable sofas (one of which folds out into a bed), TV, CD and DVD players, and a dining area with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, plates and mugs/glasses, utensils/pots and pans...). The bathroom is a comfortable size with a nice shower and plenty of storage space. The bedroom is very nicely decorated with ample storage for clothes/luggage, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! :) The condo also has a washing machine and clothes dryer (detergent and softener are provided, also an iron and ironing board) which was great. There's a nice terrace at the front with a table and chairs to sit in warmer weather. Cleaning products are provided, but a housekeeper is available to clean the condo for a reasonable rate. The condo was nice and clean on arrival too. A/c is available during warmer months and the central heating is in perfect working order during colder days. The building has secure entry so I always felt safe, and the use of a parking space was very convenient for my friends who came to visit. The location is ideal, in a quiet street but close to main streets like Ste-Catherine and Maisonneuve, and the Beaudry metro station can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. I really hope to be able to stay at Bryan and Claude's apartment again, and have no hesitation in highly recommending it! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and warmly thank Bryan and Claude for being excellent, trustworthy hosts. See you again in the not too distant future! Best wishes from Scotland :)

  My #1 choice in Montreal

  I have rented this condo on two occasions for a month or more each time and I hope to stay there again in the future. Everything I needed was there waiting for me, laundry detergent, toilet paper, even ice cubes. The location is very central and I was able to walk or take the metro everywhere. The owners responded quickly and courteously to requests to alter the channel selection on the cable TV which is a large high definition LCD flat screen. I especially appreciated the parking space right behind the unit.
