Very comfortable apartment in the heart of Plateau Mont Royal located right on Mount Royal avenue, between De La Roche and Brebeuf. You can hardly find a better spot in town !!! 3 rooms and a half (50 m2) comprising large lounge / dining room , bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower.
