We had a great time at your appartment Yann. The location could not have been better. Yann was nice enough to show me where to park, and told me about some local places that were great for me and my friends. The appartment is great, and everything was amazing. Thank you for the great weekend!

We've decided to take a trip in Montreal for 2 weeks, and we were looking for a place to stay where we could have intimacy and total freedom. We met the owner Yann Denault who was super helpful. The little castle is very well situated, near all commodities(transport, grocery shopping,restaurants and night life). The beds are very comfortable and its super clean!
It was a great experience and next time we come to Montreal we are staying at one of Yann's place(is such a good guy that we are now on first name bases!!!)

We stayed here in February 2013 and loved it!! The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the Mont Royal Metro station, 2 minute walk to the grocery store, movie rental, starbucks, bakery...everything you need is right there. The apartment was quiet - really no noise from the neighbours, but there is some road noise as you are fronting onto a main street. The parking is just across from the apartment, but we didnt use our car once we got there...everything is easily accessible by walking or taking the Metro.
One thing to be aware of is the fact that you have to walk up quite a flight of stairs to get to the unit - it is above a store. So the elderly or disabled would have a very hard time. You do have to carry all your luggage etc up with you.
We will be back in July for a week!!
