Barefoot Villa is warm and inviting and is located in the quiet neighborhood of Olveston. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views while swimming in our over-sized tile pool. Our modern kitchen is equipped with a new stove top and refrigerator with ice maker as well as a double wall oven.
The master bedroom located on the upper level of the Villa is newly furnished with a queen size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, with a full bathroom and laundry room. One bedroom has a queen sized bed; the other two single beds. After an exhausting business trip in the Caribbean I tacked on an extra week to discover Montserrat with my special someone. Barefoot Villa was everything I dreamed it would be and more. We were remote yet still connected if we wanted to be. The villa was immaculate with all of the amenities of home and the ocean view. The pool was refreshing, the beaches a short distance away were pristine and deserted making this a very romantic getaway. We had most meals out on the deck which was amazing,other meals we dined at the local restaurants. We were lucky to hike at least 3 days with the local hiking club and got a chance to see some million dollar views! My boyfriend got to experience his first scubadiving in the Caribbean and dove with the Green Monkey Dive Shop. We both can't wait to make this trip again and will definately stay at Barefoot Villa.

Property owners arranged pick up service for us at the airport which brought us right to the villa. When we arrived we immediately loved the view of the ocean from the deck and the amazing wall of windows that can open all the way up so you feel like your outside even when you're inside. The house had plenty of space, was comfortable and has a really cook view of the volcano on the other side of the house! Located in a nice little neighborhood and definitely a fun adventure!

The island of Montserrat isn't your typical vacation island. It doesn't have the hustle & bustle most caribbean islands have, but that's part of it's appeal. It's a quiet, beautiful island paradise & Barefoot Villa is nestled among it's quaint houses and provides a home away from home feeling. It's got all the amenities you need on an island vacation, including it's own pool!! The wrap around deck was heaven every night when we sat down for dinner on the outside patio table. It had a great yard where we were able to play games almost every night. The beaches were just a few minutes drive & usually quite deserted so it was like you were on your own private island. This place has it all, quiet, comfort, convenience, and ease.

We were very happy when we arrived at Barefoot Villa. The Mango's were hanging from the trees, Almond trees, beautiful flowers everywhere we looked and lets not forget the inviting pool. The home was a perfect place for us to spend our vacation/honeymoon.
We're already planning our trip for next year and hope we will be able to stay here again.
For me the only thing I would do is get a floor fan as it was very hot as well as make sure you have mosquito spray.
One thing I was so impressed with is how friendly the people of Montserrat are. We are looking forward to seeing our new friends we made next year.
