I have never been to Big Bear and staying here made it an awesome experience. The place was very big and spacious and the surroundings were awesome! Everyone loved the game rooms and the tvs and amenities were great. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have fun in Big Bear.

Just loved the place, enjoyed the surroundings. The rooms are very clean, very spacious, great Tv's/game rooms, with an awesome kitchen. The kids loved the game rooms, the views were incredible..

We loved staying at this place! We really enjoyed the surroundings, the place was very clean , very spacious, it's definitely perfect for groups and families too. They have great tvs and game rooms, great kitchen and incredible views. We're already planning coming back here as a bigger group. It's gonna be fun!

My brother and my nieces live in California so when ever our family visits we make it a point to spend time at Big Bear Mountain Retreat,. Never had a bad experience, clean rooms, great views lots of things to keep our whole family busy, yet a lot of time to kick back and relax. Hope to make it back this summer

Loved this rental from the moment we arrived
The grounds are breathtaking. The home is very spacious and clean. Easy to get to outdoor activities. House had all the amenities you could want including comfort. I would recommend this rental to couples and families.

The place was clean and if there was anything you needed, Big Bear Mountain resorts brought it to you within the hour. They were very responsive. Great game room, great place for kids. The Christmas decorations were hilarious. I'd give it three and a half if I could but not a bad place to stay. We had an issue with ants but other than that, everything was good.

The house was okay. The furniture is really old and not so clean. We found some spiders on our bed. It is big so its good for a large group, bur the distribuition es weird, and mainly the house is not so clean.
