Pleasant summer villa for 14 persons, with big private swimming pool, situated in Moraira. The villa is situated in a very quiet urbanization called Moravit, a few meters of the sandy beach (Ampolla), the restaurants and the Pub " Algas ". It has a plot of land enclosed of approx. 700 m ². Spacious to make barbecues and with a living area of approx. 200 m ², it’s arranged on 2 independents floors.
