A very spacious air conditioned villa situated within 20 minutes walk from El Portet beach and to Moraira town. It has beautiful sea views of El Portet and the Penon de Ifach and stunning sunsets over the Bernia mountains. Relax in the colourful shady gardens and terraces with a kidney shaped private pool. There are plenty of international TV channels plus WI FI is available free of charge. This spacious and airy villa is perfect for families wishing to holiday in Moraira as it's close to all facilities and situated in a tranquil and traffic free area. The views are really very impressive and the grounds are very charming in style and design....

Villa Rosa has 2 completely independent private apartments but we only rent out the larger ground floor apartment of the villa which comprises of a large living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge and large entrance naya.

In July and August you have the villa to yourself. In other months we sometimes occupy the upstairs apartment and hence the price is cheaper.Read more

Additional Location Information

The town of Moraira has an affect that will make you come back year after year. It's cute little marina and old town centre, originally a fishing village, has escaped the mass tourism developments of some Spain's bigger coastal resorts. Casa Rosa is just 20 minutes walk from the sparkling beach of El Portet and the old town centre of Moraira. It's also only 10 minute drive from Ifach and Javea Golf courses. There are also spectacular coastal walks and fantastic beaches all the way along the coastline. In the interior you will find mountains and villages that will touch your inner soul and you'll wonder why this area of Spain is so little known. Keep it to yourself......

  Our family of 4 adults (our children are 20 and 22) stayed in this 2 bed, 2 bathroom villa in august 2011.
  Situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, it is a very peaceful location with breathtaking views. The outside space has various terraces, plenty shaded areas and good quality garden furniture. Due to its position on the hill there was nearly always a lovely breeze.
  
  The pool is slightly smaller than average however was adequate for our needs and most importantly clean. The proposed roman steps the owners are planning to install in the near future will be a welcome addition.
  The location is great for walking into Moraira and El Portet so you definitely have the best of both worlds. Just one note of caution, the walk back is all up hill, at some points quite hard going. You may find it a little hard going. There are plenty of taxi's in Moraira to ferry you back.
  The villa is very clean, modern, spacious and airy. The air-con in the bedrooms was effective yet extremely quiet. The master bedroom is large with a lovely modern en-suite shower room with a spacious walk in shower and plenty of storage for all your holiday lotions and potions. The storage in both bedrooms is ample for the clothes that we take but never wear!!
  The second shower room is a little dated décor wise however it is functional, clean and the owners are planning to renovate it soon.
  The kitchen has most mod cons you would expect to find. Being able to open the glass doors completely allowed the constant breeze to waft in and cool the villa.
  There are plenty of areas to relax in, both inside and outside. It is totally enclosed, secluded and safe making the villa idea for just about everyone.
  The owners are very friendly and helpful as is the manager. We didn't need their services very often but when we did they responded quickly and efficiently
  Overall Casa Rosa is an excellent villa that we would like to return to and would definitely recommend to family and friends
