We had 9 adults and 4 young children for a family reunion and there was plenty of room in the house. The house is spacious with wonderful views of Morro Bay. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The backyard was the perfect size for the kids to run around in. The house is located right "next door" to the Montana De Oro state park which is beautiful. There are a ton of things to do in the park and you have no travel time to get there! Denise was great to work with and she will help you out with all your questions about the area

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home. We always find ourselves in the kithchen when we get together. The kithcen was huge and accomodated us very well. We were cooking breakfast lunch and dinner for ages 4 to 74. The backyard provided us splendid views of Morro Rock. Everyone enjoyed the deers cruising through the yard on occasion. A truly wonderful experience. The proximity to Montana de Oro State park was perfect. In less then 5 minutes you could be walking and along the bluff trail and taking in the remarkable views of the Pacific Ocean. We will definitely be back. Great job Denise!!!

My wife's family had their bi-annual reunion here in September. It was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen and family room were great gathering places. Our host Denise had a crib, stroller and plenty of toys for the grandkids. And, the views of the bay were spectacular. The only downside was that we thought we'd be closer to the water. All in all, we'd highly recommend it for a gathering of friends or families.

We had a great week at this terrific house. There's so much to do in the area (hiking in Montana de Oro, kayaking & stand up paddle boarding in Morro Bay, wine tasting in SLO and Paso), but it was always nice to come back to this home to relax for a while. The house has plenty of room for a large group or just a family to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. Denise wasn't kidding about the deer, they were in the front yard when we arrived and made appearances almost every day of our stay. The home was very clean, well-stocked and everything was in excellent working order. The views of the ocean, bay and "rock" were spectacular, and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Thanks Denise!

A good size for a family reunion. Lovely hard wood floors, large windows let in a lot of natural light and looks out onto spectacular Morro Bay. Too bad the fog sometimes obscures the terrific view. The owner, Denise, stopped by while we were there, and offered tips for things to do in the area and places to eat. Very helpful! The kids loved playing foosball and ping pong in the converted garage.

The home was amazing. It was clean and bright with a huge kitchen and lots and lots of bedrooms. It even had a formal living room and a den and a formal dining room. The pool table was a fun plus. And, we were blessed with 4 gorgeous sunny days in Los Osos - hence the great views.

We rented this house and another house just around the corner for our large family reunion. It was just exactly what we needed size and comfort wise, and exceeded our expectations with regard to the intelligent layout of the house for the purpose of entertaining. The house has an excellent flow between eating areas, kitchen and game room. Our family members are scattered across the U.S. and this house (and the other one) was just what we needed.
My husband and I rent houses frequently in places we vacation and Denise was by far the best property manager/owner I have ever worked with. On top of all this, the weather was phenomenal. We had fog-less mornings and enjoyed soaking up the beautiful ocean views from both houses we rented.
My family is still raving! Read more
It was a pleasure to have you stay with us and I am overjoyed to know that our vacation home was just what you needed. Thank you so much for your kind words and I hope to be able to meet with you again in the future.

Seven days - 11 people ranging in age from 75 - 2 years old - fabulous house, beautifully maintained, exquisite views! Fantastic beds and linens. Everything needed to entertain the young ones! Super nice owner! You know your vacation plan went well when every adult comes to you separately and expresses that 7 days went by way too fast!!! Thank you Denise, as I told you this was our 3rd year going to Vrbo homes and this was the best so far! Words can't express how pleased I am.

The location of this home could not be better. It backs up to a beautiful national park with the most wonderful cove you have ever seen. It is a bout 10 minutes from Morro Bay and 20 minutes from SLO. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is a wonderful gathering place for the whole family. For most of the week we were there we had 6 adults and 4 children in the kitchen all at once and didn't even feel crowded. The game room is awesome for those who want to stay up late and for the kids who get up early so the rest of the house can sleep. You can close doors for privacy or keep everything open and enjoy each others company. Our family will be making this an annual destination vacation.
Wonderfully comfortable and accommodating home with stunning vie

This beautiful home was perfect for our large extended family's second Christmas Celebration, and Denise even provided a real tree and Christmas decorations throughout the house. We rang in the New Year waking up to truly spectacular views of Morro Bay, the Spit, and Morro Rock. The location was perfect for those in our group who jogged and hiked down to the beach, rode bikes into Montana de Oro, and some even kayaked a couple of times on Morro Bay. We also enjoyed an evening tour of Hearst Castle and the tunnel of lights in Cambria. Our group of thirteen were all comfortable including our grandchildren who didn't even want to go to the playground nearby because they enjoyed the amenities of this house so much. The home and area are quiet, and it was great to just hang out, play pool and games in the game room during the evenings. Plenty of room for all to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again! It was fabulous.
