Wildomar, CA, United StatesGreat house- Awesome Location!
Left on 04/18/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Great home! All of the work the owners and office have recently put into the place really shows. Stored our bikes in the garage, easy access to Embarcadero & Golf Course, we walked or rode frequently. Great place! Cant wait to come back. Marissa in the rental office is awesome, very nice and helpful. Great overall experience! Stay here!!!!

Coarsegold, CA, United StatesWe has a wonderful time
Left on 11/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We has a wonderful time in this conveniently located home. It has a nice living room with lots of seating.
The troubles we had were:
Leaking under kitchen sink.
Router box missing so no access to Internet
Wooden chair hanging in garage broken.
Needs spatula in kitchen.
Ran out of toilet tissue.
Really all in all a nice place. -
United StatesGreat Morro Bay home
Left on 09/05/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Great home. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. This home is an original Morro bay home, love the character. Only suggestion would be some new paint and a little more decor- the living area is great but the bedrooms kind of lost the style. All in all GREAT! Marissa is so awesome- made us feel like friends and right at home. She's very personable and wants the best for her guests which is uncommon with alot of companies now adays. If we can't stay at this house, we will for sure be staying in another Seaside home.

Santa Clarita, Ca, United StatesGreat location - but under equipped!
Left on 08/03/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We recently stayed here for 4 nights. We are very familiar with Morro Bay and this location is ideal for walking to the Embarcadero and to local coffee shops which is nice. It is a corner lot and there is a fair amount of traffic noise from Kern St which was noticeable, especially in the bedrooms. This is an older home and not at all soundproof - you can hear every word through the walls. We rent a house every year and this one was the least equipped out of other properties that we've stayed in. No wi-fi, (there was direct connect - but nowadaways with smart phones and people needing to stay in touch wi-fi would have been nice) only one tv for the entire house, and the kitchen had just the very basics. The master bedroom is very tiny and the bed, while I think it was a queen, felt like a full size and was not the best for sleeping 2 regular size adults. For almost $250 a night it seemed steep for what you were getting. We've rented other houses for substantially less per night and got a lot more. The property is spotless, super clean so no complaints there. There is an outdoor patio type area and while there were a ton of chairs, they were so covered in spider webs, we couldn't use them. This is the first time renting through this agency and while ok, they lacked a little on the personal side of things and communication was very minimal. I'd likely use them again, but I wouldn't rent this particular property again. Overall ok house, but you can definitely find better.

Glendora, CA, United StatesWhat's up with the electrical system?
Left on 07/03/2012 for a stay in June 2012
They rented the house knowing the electrical system didn't work. We had brown outs when we first got there and then we lost power by the 5th day. This was a fire hazard. Nice house other then that.
