If you are looking for a beautifully comfortable home that is walking distance to the sand, you have found it. This “beach tract” property is a 1400 sq foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the west side (beach side) of Highway 1. Although this home is not beachfront, it is on the WEST side of Highway 1 with just a 4 minute walk to the sand (Beachside of PCH). The home is located on a short street which offers very little traffic. It really is the perfect spot for a family get together or weekend escape.

So close to the beach- it literally took us 5 minutes to come back and forth from the house to the water with the kids. Nicely appointed. CLEAN! Would be nice to have a 2nd TV in the multibed bedroom for the kids, and a shower head in the 2nd bathroom. We made do- great house, great price, great time! Marissa with the rental office is AMAZING. Can't wait to come back next summer!!

Would rent again. However if staying for week, having dishwasher would be a asset. We also felt that second bathroom needed shower..especially if 7 people were staying. Great for walking on beach.
