The house is surrounded by a large garden rich of plants, trees and fragrant flowers and by a lovely swimming pool. The property is set on three levels. The ground floor is composed of a wide living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room and direct access to the lodge and garden, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and laundry room. MORROVALLE
Morrovalle is a quiet town in the province of Macerata, in the Marche region, situated at 246 metres above sea level. This small town is a good point of departure to visit also the rest of the Marche, thanks to the proximity to renowned cities such as Recanati, the home town of the famous poet Giacomo Leopardi, Macerata, Loreto and Fermo; within easy reach there is also the National Park of the Sibillini Mountain.

The territory of Morrovalle is rich in religious buildings, palaces and museums.
There are many churches worth visiting such as: the church of Sant'Agostino of the XVII century, the church of San Bartolomeo, the “Santuario della Madonna dell'Acqua Santa”(sanctuary in honour of the Virgin Mary), the f“Convento dei Padri Passionisti” (friary), whose origin dates back to the 1656 and the “Convento Francescano”(Franciscan friary), also known as “Convento dei Minori Osservanti or Zoccolanti”.
Even the palaces are so numerous; some examples are represented by Casa Romagnoli, one of the oldest house of this town, the Town Hall, Lazzarini Palace, built in the XIV century but frequently modified, at the present it is used as art gallery, Nada Vicoli Palace of the XVII century, Podestà Palace, situated at the heart of the town and Roberti Palace, a building of the XVI century still incomplete. Outside the old town walls, at the foot of “Porta di San Bernardino”(gate) you can find the old fonts, called “Fonte Maxima”, that includes “Fonte Filello”, the “Fonte Sabbione”, the washouse, the baths and a walkway that goes inside the hill.
CURIOSITY
Morrovalle is well known for its precious collection of creches, which is unique for the area (in Italy there are only other 3 or 4 cases.) The colletion is fitted out in a museum, at the basement of the ex-friary “Convento dei Padri Agostiniani”(XVIII century).
