I had a very good time in the apartment. It's located not far from the metro (considering that we are in Moscow and distances are big) which makes it easy regarding the transports. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Anna is a very sweet and friendly owner.

It was just very nice from the beginning that the owner of the apartment took care of us: she checked when we are supposed to arrive and ordered taxi for us from the airport, organized contact with her from the airport and was waiting for us near the house. 1-BR apartment was spotless and had everything necessary for a comfortable home-like leaving. We also got all the information about nearest Metro station (7-10 min walking), shops and restaurants. Small grocery store is just in the same building, several others - along the street to the right 3-5 min. Pharmacy, bank with a good currency rate and train tickets office are 3 min away. So this apartment location is very convenient. We stayed in Moscow for 5 days and had very good time. Definitely can recommend it and are very thankful to the owners. Need to mention that it was easy to rent it and we didn't have any "surprises".

Wir - Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen - verbrachten eine knappe Woche in diesem appartment. Eine gute alternative zum Hotel:
- Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
- Ausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen, s. Beschreibung der Wohnung, insbes. das inkludierte Wlan war uns wichtig. Rest wie in Beschreibung + Fotos. Funktionierte alles iO.
- Lage: Wichtig ist in Moskau die Nähe zur Metro. Und das ist gegeben (5 min), zudem kreuzt hier die Ring-Linie. Ausserdem gibt es im Hause wie auch an der Metrostation 24-Stunden-Supermärkte
- Ausblick: Aus dem 16 Stock hat man guten ausblick! Dank der Höhe und Thermofenster sind die Stadtgeräusche nicht störend. Die Strasse vor dem Fenster ist für Moskauer Verhältnisse wenig befahren.
Das appartment ist in einem normalen, aber 24 Stunden bewachten Wohnhaus, in dem ansonsten normale Moskauer Leute wohnen. Die Hausflure sind zwar "nicht grad aus dem Ei gepellt", aber absolut akzeptabel. Der in der anderen Bewertung erwähnte Geruch war nicht wahrnehmbar.
Die Vermieterin war bei allen Fragen sehr hilfreich (Taxi, Mietverlängerung usw) und ständig erreichbar. Auch abholung an der Metro, und Zeitpunkt Übergabe waren unseren Wünschen entsprechend. Alles ganz unkompliziert.
Wir würden als Familie hier jederzeit wieder herkommen und die Whg auch anderen weiterempfehlen. Das auch explizit Geschäftsreisenden (das mache ich im anderen Leben). Hier hat man sein "home away from home" mit allem was man braucht. -

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks in September 2012 when I had some academic work to do in Moscow. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well furnished, with lots of natural light throughout. The bedroom has a great little 'office' enclave by the window, which was very useful for me -- with a pleasant view. The kitchen was well-equipped & easy to use. I enjoyed eating with such an expansive view of the city. Wifi was strong enough to stream TV and Radio broadcasts, and for good internet/email connections. Of course staying in an apartment in a normal community is different from a hotel. It was a bit problematic to get a taxi, but anna and Dana were very helpful in arranging this when I needed it. The walk to Prospekt Mira station is only about 5-10 minutes and once there it is very easy to get around Moscow, because its on the circle metro line and also transects one of the radial lines. I was apprehensive initially but within a day was travelling the metro with ease (though I needed to download a metro map with both English & Russian station names). Anna helped me get both a metro pass and a SIM card on the night I arrived so I was well set up quickly. English communication with anna & Dana was not always easy, but they tried hard, and put in great effort so eventually we communicated effectively. I had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again very happily.

We spent 6 days and 5 nights in this apartment. This apartment is cozy, well equipped and spacious. It has sufficient electrical appliances and cutlery for preparing easy food, enough space to place our stuff, good Wifi network for surfing our internet and plenty sockets for charging our phones, cameras, iPad/netbook. On a cool day, warm sunlight shone into the pantry when we were having our breakfast there and we felt at home even we were in a country very remote from our own homes.
The apartment has a good view of the place around. The building has good security and its lift lobbies are clean. It is close to the metro station, just around 5-minute walk and has a 24-hour operating supermarket and a number of restaurants in the vicinity.
To mention in particular, Anna and Dana, the hostesses of the apartment, are very kind, friendly and caring. They were very helpful on booking transports for us; asking us if we had umbrellas on a heavy rainy day; bringing us to a shop to buy our sim cards; showing us the ways to our first sightseeing stop on our first arrival day in Moscow and escorting us to the railway station when we departed Moscow to St. Pete, even near mid-night. All these gave us a good impression and intimacy feeling on how nice Russian people are.

We rented this apartment for 5 days last July 2012 and it was the best choice in order to explore well all Moscow can offer!
The proprietary of the apartment received us with the best hospitality and gave us all the support and information's in order to explore the beautiful Moscow!
The apartment is located in a very nice residential area in Moscow, with beautiful gardens surrounding. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need, including many Russia´s guides in different languages! In the surrounding streets, you can enjoy a walk in a natural and safe atmosphere. It is also very close to the metro station (less than 5 minutes walking) and, from there, you will be quickly in all touristic areas you want to visit! Another nice thing to consider is that there´s a small market just under the building, where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and something more if you need! Very easy and practical.
Moscow is a cosmopolitan metropolis which offers the best opportunities concerning high-gastronomy, entertainment and cultural places to visit. From Dana´s apartment, we visited a lot of historical and cultural places, like The Red Square, St. Basils Cathedral, The Kremlin (Unesco World Heritage Site), and many others sightseeing. We just have one of the best's experiences travelling, discovering each day a lot of things about the Russian history, and also relaxed in a very nice and well located apartment!
So, we strongly recommended you to rent this apartment, your best option in Moscow!

I spent 7 nights in this apartement with my wife and son. Is it as described and the photos are realistic. Anna and Dana (the girls who manage it) are kind and they can be helpful if this is your first visit to Moscow.
It is a 16th floor, with a great view and a lot of natural light. It is very well equiped and wi-fi works fine. Moscow was very hot in the first week of august and the apartment was also very hot, but there is a good air conditioner in the bedroom and the anna & Dana offered to bring a fan (which we did not need). If you are 3-4 persons, sleeping in the sofa bed may be noisy and the almost transparent curtain will let the light awake you in the morning. But this is not a luxury apartemt and I consider these are minor problems. Considering Moscow prices, value for money rate is very good.
There is a 7-8 minute walk to the metro (Prospect Mira) and a 24 hour opened supermaket in the same walk. The area is very safe at night and Prospect Mira is full of restaurants, shops and people. I can easily recommend this apartment. -

After a long search online for an affordable accommodation in Moscow, that can comfortably host our family of four, I have finally found this apartment. It offers a much better value than other apartments I've seen in the well known booking sites. The metro station and two grocery stores are close by, the building entrance and lift are very much ok, the apartment is perfectly clean. Moreover, Anna was kind enough to let us check in at around 8am, right after our train arrival, without an additional charge.

The apartment was very clean and was featured with everything we needed for our one week stay. The view from the windows is wonderful.
In the same buidling there is a big alimentary shop. This is excellent, when you have to carry many shop bags.
The apartment is near to subway station and to the center too.

I am aware that all the other reviews of this apartment are positive but as we have just returned from a two week stay there and had such a negative experience, feel compelled to write this review.
The apartment is as described on the website and the problems that we had are as follows:-
(1) on returning to the apt. after spending a few days in St. Petersburg, we didcovered that we had no hot water in any of the taps. We phoned anna to let her know and she said that as she was working, she could not come. She sent her mother over to the apt who wasn't able to fix the problem, who shouted at us in Russian which we don't speak, who pointed at the kettle and a basin indicating that we could use these to get hot water and who then left!
We phoned and texted anna again to ask her to attend to the problem but she didn't answer the phone and didn't respond to the texts. We were left without any hot water for the remaining 9 days of our stay. The weather was very hot and as we could not have showers or baths, this was very unpleasant. In addition to not having hot water, having our requests to fix the problem ignored by anna was very annoying indeed, considering that we were paying guests. Strangely, 3 days before we were due to leave, the shower unit was removed without any explanation from the bathroom while we were out during the day but hot water was not restored. Anna didn't get in toouch with us again until the day before we were going home when she left a note to ask us to let her know the time that we were leaving as she wanted to collect the keys from us. She called to collect the keys but there was no acknowledgment or apology from her regarding the lack of hot water.
(2) I am a light sleeper and before booking the apartment emailed anna to ask whether there was a quiet bedroom away from traffic noise. On the basis of her response that "you can see a street but there is not night traffic" I went ahead an booked the apartment for 15 days. However on arrival at the apartment we were struck immediately by the roar of traffic noise that we could hear inside the apt.even thoughit is situated on the 16th floor. There is a quiet street below the apartment but it also overlooks a four lane roadway which seems to be a major road as there was constant traffic going past day and night. I had to resort to sleeping in the hallway of the apt on cushions taken from the couch as both the bedroom and the living room (where the couch is) overlook the busy roadway. This needless to say was a most unsatisfactory arrangement. We decided not to complain at the time to anna about the traffic noise because by the time we became aware of the problem it was too late to do anything about it.
(3) Although the apt itself is very clean and well kept, the entrance hallway to the building and the common areas are very dirty and run down and carry an unpleasant smell.
I have read the other reviews of this apt again since coming back and it seems as if we were dealing with a completely different anna than the one described in these reviews. Unfortunately our experience was that once we had paid over the rental monies to anna she had no interest whatever in sorting out the problem that arose for us re the water.
It was a big mistake for us to rent this apartment and because of the problems encountered and how anna ignored them would not recommend this rental to anyone.Response from Anna - 07/19/2012

I always try to have a positive attitude towards critical comments from myguests, because I understand that by eliminating the shortcomings noticed by
them I make my apartment better. But I don't know how to react to theseblatantly false statements.
Such an unpleasant review was a complete surprise to me. Unfortunately, Miriam Ann Glynn and Matthew Thomas Collagy did not bring any gadgets that connect to the Internet. And, the only way to connect with Miriam Ann Glynn and Matthew Thomas Collagy was through their nephew - Tim Callagy, who speaks fluent Russian by the way. I was regularly contacting him on the phone and through the Internet. Tim Callagy always reassured me not to worry and said that his relatives are happy with everything.
Yes, the Moscow city government shuts down the hot water for 10 days a year for maintenance. But the apartment is equipped with a water heater. Many of my previous guests successfully used it and no one has ever complained.
The day that was mentioned by Miriam Ann Glynn I was at work and could not come to the apartment myself. I spend a lot of time working and therefore I am not always available to speak on the phone during working hours. I left detailed instructions on how to operate the water heater to her nephew. He wrote me an email saying that he explained everything to Miriam Ann Glynn on the phone and that she understood everything.
But, after the fifth message on the phone I realized that she was not able to figure out the water heater and I asked my elderly mom to visit the apartment and show how to use the water heater. My mom did not feel well that day, because she had a Chemo treatment recently. My mom is very sick, she is fighting a severe cancer, but nevertheless she is trying to stay positive, smiling and joking. My mom is very calm and positive person, she never raised her voice at anybody. It is very unkind on behalf of Miriam Ann Glynn to write this kind of false accusations.
I was apologizing to Miriam Ann Glynn many times for the inconveniences caused by the lack of hot water. I understand that the water heater could not fully substitute the central hot water supply. Because of that I gave a 100 Euro discount to my guests. It is strange to me that Miriam Ann Glynn did not mention that in her review.
By the way, during Miriam Ann Glynn's stay in Moscow, the weather was not hot, as she writes. It was colder than usual +16 - +18 C (60 – 65 F) and raining, which is easy to check on any weather website.
Regarding the noise outside. The street, where the building is located is far from being wide or noisy for Moscow. In addition to that the street is seen very well on the pictures, nobody was trying to hide its existence. Of course, there is a degree of noise, but it is quiet. The area, where the apartment is located is one of the calmest and safest in the center of Moscow. And, prior to renting my apartment Miriam Ann Glynn asked her nephew who lives in Moscow to check the apartment out and only only after his recommendation booked it. Clearly she was fully aware of all the positives and negatives of the apartment.
A little bit about the staircase. The staircases in the modern Russian highrises are tiny and do not have any windows. The staircase of my building is unusually big, has big windows and a wide glass door. It is regularly cleaned and has a security guard 24/7. Which is very important, because half of the crimes are committed in dark staircases without security. Foreigners that work in Russia and other acquaintances have always esteemed the staircase.
And lastly, I was very disappointed to receive the feedback about myself being an inhospitable host. Miriam Ann Glynn did not mention that she called me at 6 a.m. Sunday morning from Saint-Petersburg to check which day they are going to the Bolshoi theater with her husband, because she forgot the date. I fulfilled her request even though it was my day off and I wanted to sleep in after a working week. Also, Miriam Ann Glynn did not mention that I did two free cleanings and linen and towel changes in the apartment. I on the other hand did not mention to her that during their stay the window in the living room was broken, the furniture was rearranged leaving scraping marks on the floor and four linen and towel sets carefully prepared for the next guests were crumpled on the floor.

The owner was very helpful in orienting us to the area and had prepared the apartment well. The apartment is on the 16th floor, so very light with good air circulation. Small markets, a supermarket, and the metro are within a few minutes walk. The internet worked well, as did the tv - with a number of different language programs. In all, a very affordable and comfortable choice in what can be a very expensive city.

We were very happy with the apartment, which is actually a lot cuter in person than in the photographs. Every room was spotlessly clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the washing machine was much appreciated. There were all sorts of thoughtful touches, from the tea and sugar in the cupboards to the hairdryer and ironing board.
The building is 8-10 minutes from the Prospekt Mira metro station by foot, and along this route you'll encounter countless supermarkets, banks and pharmacies--including a 24-hour mini-market on the ground floor of the building itself! It was always a pleasant stroll and we never felt the slightest bit unsafe.
This is not a luxurious apartment, but it's a very pleasant and comfortable one. It was lovely to have tea every morning in the eat-in kitchen and look out over Moscow from the 16th floor. -

My daughter and I stayed 7 nights in the Garden Ring apartment. It was our first trip to Moscow and was made so much easier because of the service provided by anna and her sister. Any queries we had were answered quickly and anna arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport which all went smoothly.
The apartment is spacious, bright, well equipped and very clean. The beds are comfortable we we got a good nights rest after a hectic days sightseeing. The neighbourhood is safe to walk around, and has a good, reasonably priced 24 hour supermarket close to Prospekt Mira Metro Station which is about 8 - 10 minutes walk. This was great because we could pick up any groceries we needed on our way back to the apartment each evening. Once we got the hang of the Metro system (we got an English translation of the names of the stations) then all the sights are easy to reach from this apartment. Also the station to get the Sapsan train to St. Petersburg is around a 15 minute walk which was a bonus for us.
We really enjoyed sitting each morning in the sunny kitchen planning what we were going to do for the day over a relaxed breakfast, with views over Moscow.
Thank you anna and Dana for making our stay so memorable.

My 15 year old son and I stayed for 8 days in this very nice apartment. Anna and her sister Dana were nice enough to meet us at the metro station and walk us to the apartment. The apartment was big and very modern. It has a great view of the sunrise and cityscape. Them metro is about a five minute walk, during which you pass a bunch of banks and a couple grocery stores which is very convenient to get money exchanged and buy snacks on the way home each day. Both of the sisters were so nice, I would e-mail them daily to tell them what we would be doing the next day, and they would e-mail me back with helpful tips or directions. Anna would even send me an e-mail with the russian translation for what I would need to ask to find certainplaces. She also was nice enough to call and make reservations for us when the places required a reservation and only spoke Russian. The shower was the best!, even my son commented on how good the water pressure and hot water was lol. The neighborhood is very safe, we were very comfortable walking in the evening hours. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms that got a couple news, documentary, and music video channels in english. The wi-fi was a nice bonus as the hotels in Moscow charge $20 per hour! The apartment is on the top floor with two elevators available, so therre was hardly ever a wait.

Anna and her sister were very helpful and friendly making our visit in Moscow a really good experience.The helped whit taxis, local shops, restaurants, air dresser...
The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space to store all our thins.Plenty of towels and nice bed linen for a really comfortable big bed.Kitchen and bathroom full equipped.
We were in walking distance from 2 metro stations, 24 hours supermarkets and other local shops and restaurants.By metro it takes only 20 minutes to reach the Red Square.
The best? The cheerful kitchen whit a great view of Moscow. -

Moscow is not an easy city to negotiate at the best of times, even for someone who is well travelled and speaks a number of other languages, however our stay in Moscow was made so much easier with the assistance of two sisters, Anna & Dana. They met us at the station, literally on the train, and walked us to their apartment. They spent quite a bit of time showing us through the apartment and explaining how things worked.The apartment is clean and well presented with one bedroom, separate bathroom and kitchen as well as a lounge area. It is located on the top floor of an apartment building and has spectacular views over Moscow. There is a lift that operates within the building and a security guard on duty day and night. At the base of the apartment is a small supermarket and there is a larger supermarket and shopping strip near the station within walking distance. The sisters have recommendations for restaurants and other places to see and visit if you're interested. They go out of their way to provide assistance to you and ensure that you have all you need for a pleasant stay. The property has wi-fi and all emails to the owners were responded to promptly. The Moscow underground is not easy to negotiate so get yourself a map in English as well as Russian. If the timing is right one of the sisters might be available to help you get to where you need to go and even to help you with exchanging money. We booked a guide for one day in Moscow and whilst the price was a little steep, we did find it useful. The guide met us at our apartment and then took us around for the day based on what we had indiicated we wanted to see. This was worthwhile as our stay in Moscow was only short.

We really enjoyed our stay in Garden Ring apartment. Everything was set up to satisfy your needs. A cozy bedroom with nice bed linen , well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave oven, washer makes you feel at home.
Both hostesses anna and Dana were extremely attentive to our needs. They met us at the Metro Station Prospekt Mira and took us to the apartment building (7 min by foot) showing us around, pointing local groceries and bakeries.
When I called anna that the hair dry is not working properly she replaced it within 10 minutes. I didn't have to wait.
The apartment is located within 7 minutes from Metro but don't expect it to be right next to the station. It's misleading if you follow the map on the website. It's better to get the address from anna and "google" directions.
We enjoyed our stay in Garden Ring apartment and we will use it again when we come back to Moscow. -

Anna and Dana are very helpful and welcoming.They chaged 30 euros for registration- a process that didn't seem to interest the customs when leaving back home, anyway.. The apartment is pleasant, very clean, fully furnished, and enjoys a nice view over the city. The small shop downstairs opened til 12 pm is very convenient and there is a 24/7 supermarket nearby, on the way to metro Prospekt Mira (7-8 min, connected to 2 lines - including the circular n°5. The botanical garden is very close and just lovely. Looking forward to returning..

Excellent apartment, central to travel underground through the city. Near the train station to St. Petersburg, supermarkets, restaurants. A quiet area with a panoramic view of Moscow.
Very nice anna and her sister, has been with us for around the apartment to explain the best places to shop, eat and Metro Station. The last day has flared kindly to the station. Has helped us on our departure from Moscow.
The apartment is very clean and every day anna came to clean and remove trash. It has all kinds of services in the kitchen to prepare your own food.
On the first floor there is a guard 24 hours so the building has great security.
It also has Internet connection, so it has come to communicate.
Anna and sister thank you very much for the kindness. If I return to Moscow, I will rent the apartment again.

I reserved this apartment on one of my friends' advice, who rented it last year and I wasn't wrong! I liked evertything very much!!! The apartment is bright and absolutely clean; its entrance is twenty-four-hour guarded; in its nearby lots of shops, and it's very close to the Prospekt Mira metro station. With my great pleasure and surprise I had even the possibility to watch many Italian channels on my tv! Furthermore I decided not to call a taxi because anna and Dana came to meet me at the metro station and then accompanied me up to the apartment, and there they showed me and talked me about everything I could need. They were so kind! I was glad to see that the apartment and the area, where it was placed, totally met the descriptions on the website because this doesn't happen very often, as my personal experience can prove...

It is a great place to rent, in all respects. The apartment itself is a new, spacious 3-room flat located on the last floor of a 16-storey building. It boasts a magnificient view on the left side of Mosoow. It is situated in a calm district, near the Prospekt Mira metro station.
Service is top-notch, with anna coming every day to clean the rooms, calling from time to time to check that everything is OK and that you don't need anything.
Anna and her sister really care about the way you feel, and will be glad to help you any way they can. Thank you again very much! -

This apartment is the best value for money in Moscow. The apartment if large enough for 4 people. The owner met us at the railway station, walked us to the unit, showed us how to use all the facilities, waited for us to change and then walked with us to show us a good value Gergion resturant and showed us how to get train tickets for travelling around Moscow. When we were due to go to the airport they booked us a taxi came to the unit and made sure the price was right for the taxi. I have been to Europe several times and the service we were given by anna was outstanding. When people ask what was the thing that we enjoyed about our trip this apartment and the suppport anna gave us comes up in the top three things. This aparment is extremely safe, well secured, clean and is centrally located. There is a security person down stairs 24 hrs. If you are in doubt like we were of staying in a self contained unit in Russia - Moscow have no doubts. Book this unit. Anna made Moscow. See Moscow like a Russian without feeling scared. We were a group of 4 people, 2 aged 50 and 2 aged 26. We are still talking about anna and her sister. Two nicest people we have met in all our travels. You can't buy the service they provide. Thank you both for the best stay in Europe.

I could not imagine a better stay in Moscow. From the moment Anna and her sister met us at the train station, we felt warmly welcome in this most fascinating city. The location of the apartment is great, considering its proximity to two good metro lines and the wealth of stores nearby including 24h groceries and one small grocery store in the downstairs of the apartment building. The apartment itself is large and much better than the pictures, we were more than comfortable and could easily stay a long time here. The internet worked fine, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a convenient laundry machine. It's safe. One of the best things about the apartment also is the wonderful view. We really liked it here and would return next time we are in Moscow. Anna and her sister are also highly professional. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in the Garden Ring apartment very much. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and are kept very clean. There is a washing machine in bathroom. Living room and bedroom are simply furnished (bedroom has air conditioner), but all is very clean. Windows open wide for a good breeze as the apartment is on the 16th floor.
The apartment is facing a street which does have some traffic, so I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We did not use the air conditioner often, preferred to sleep with windows open, but that was our choice. Grocery stores and metro very close by. The owners are very hands on and willing to bring you to grocery store to get acquainted with situation. The outside of the apartment is from the '70's Soviet style, but don't be put off by that, as the apartment is just great.
There is a watchman on the groundfloor, you need a key to get in on ground floor entry also, so well protected. -

This apartment belongs to two charming sisters (speaking English) who were adorable during our stay: they suggested us some nice places where we have enjoyed the "Russian life". This apartment is well located (close to a Prospekt Mira station - around 5 minutes walking), cheap, and offers all the necessary comfort. I would definitely recommend it !

Me and a friend of mine rented this apartment on our first trip to Moscow thru a friends recommendation, on our first day to Moscow we felt a little lost in the big city, Anna, the owner was very friendly and helpful on explaining to us how to find the place, later when we arrived she showed us around, explained where all the stores, facilities and restaurant's were. And recommended about some nice sightseeing places.
The apartment is very clean and tidy and has all what is needed for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-FI and TV, and everything is new and in mint condition.
There is a grocery store in the building that works until 12 PM and at least 3 big supermarkets and dozens of restaurants and cafes in walking distance of the apartment so we never have to walk anywhere far to buy or eat something.
The view from the 16th floor is also great, there was something nice in waking up early and see the city from above, all covered with snow.
The lobby of the building is very clean and it's very relaxing to know that there is a guard 24\7 . The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful, a lot of times we went out late at night and haven't felt any discomfort.
Since my first visit I stayed in this apartment again and I intend to come back in the future.
Recommended.

I stayed in this apartment with some friends in May 2009. It was wonderful! The apartment is fully furnished and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were excellent - washing machine, bathroom, kitchen were all perfect.
Near the apartment is a nice shop and a larger supermarket. It's very close to the metro and the apartment is in an ideal location. There is also a great view of Moscow from the bedroom window!
I would definitely recommend this apartment and if I was in Moscow I would like to stay there again! -

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for four nights in June 2009. The apartment is
In a residential area in an eighties style building. Inside it is nice and spacious, is well
illuminated and has some good views being on the 12th floor I think. Kitchen is well
equipped and there is a mini supermarket one minute from the flat with a larger one
five mins walk. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and the owner, Ana,
was extremely helpful in helping us with visa registration and also sorting taxis for our
return trip. We felt comfortable in the apartment and also safe. We did have a bit of
difficulty in finding the apartment and only succeeded with the help of our very friendly
taxi driver. If you are arriving at night then arrive by taxi as wandering round Moscow
at night with a wheely case looking lost isn't advisable! Overall I would recommend
this apartment. -

We stayed only a couple of days in Moscow but it was a great experience. We were very happy with the chosen apartment. It is exactly as it looks on the photos. Very clean, well furnished and fully equipped. The building is well secured and we felt very safe there. We had no nasty surprises during our stay!
Anna,the owner,is extremely nice and friendly. She was great help in making our stay in cold Moscow warm and pleasant.
The location is great. It is away from the crowded city center but very close to the undeground station. From there we could travel almost everywhere in the city via Circle Line really quickly. That was very important for us as we had only a few days to enjoy this amazing city.
Will definitely recommend this apartment!
